L’Abri Côtier is a house located in Cabellou, one of the most popular neighborhoods of Concarneau, very appreciated for its magnificent setting and the tranquility that reigns there. The house is within walking distance of the trails that will lead you to Kersaux Cove and Minaouet Cove, renowned for fishing on foot and their beautiful landscapes. An ideal location to discover our beautiful Finnish coasts.



The accommodation :



The house is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet environment. It offers on the ground floor a beautiful living area with its lounge/living area, its fully equipped semi-open kitchen (with a filtered coffee maker), as well as toilets.

Its living room will give you direct access to the terrace and garden that will allow you to have lunch outside, and even organize a barbecue.

Upstairs we find 3 spacious bedrooms, equipped with dressing room as well as the bathroom with its double sink and its washing machine and a separate toilet.

Ps : do not hesitate to bring your bikes during your holidays, a garden chalet as well as a garage can accommodate them.

Our concierge offers you the rental of linens for the duration of your stay : Set of sheets + bath towels: €20 per bed.

Bed size: 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 160/200, and 2 beds 90/200.
