A staircase will then take you upstairs where you will discover three charming bedrooms and a second shower room. A mezzanine with a balcony with a partial sea view invites you to work or immerse yourself in a book.



A fourth bedroom, equipped with a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, completes this floor.



The real asset of this house is its wooded outdoor area, with a swimming pool. You can enjoy the Breton sun and share relaxing moments with family or friends.

The house is equipped with security cameras: one in the garage, one at the entrance, and one upstairs. These cameras are systematically deactivated throughout your stay. They only operate when the property is unoccupied and the alarm system is activated. During your stay, as the alarm is deactivated, the cameras are also turned off.
