Concan Frio River Cabin

This quaint cabin is the perfect escape for any relaxing weekend in the Texas Hill Country. Located less than a mile from the Frio River and within only a few miles from all other attractions Concan has to offer. The cabin includes two bedrooms and one bathroom to accommodate up to eight guests. The first bedroom contains a full bed and the second contains one full bed and 2 bunk beds. The living room area provides a pull out couch as well. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening sunset on the screened in porch while admiring the white tail deer that venture onto the front lawn.

**Guests are responsible for bringing their own bed linens and towels.

Exactly what you are looking for

Defiantly one of the best places to stay in the area. It is quiet and off by itself without a lot of neighbors nearby but still a quick drive to the store and Garner's State Park. Loved the grill and outside firepit. The only thing is you need to remember to bring your own linens and towels.

River Getaway

This cabin served it's purpose quite well and enabled my family and myself to float the Frio river over the course of two days. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and the location was perfect for floating and gaining access to various drop off locations. My only complaint is that I wish the mattresses were a bit better for the beds.

Good location

The property is in a great location. It was easy to get to and had plenty of room. I was disappointed that the bathtub/shower was completely not functional as there was a crack/hole in the tub that caused water to run out onto the bathroom floor. We were unable to use the shower for our stay. The property manager said someone would come fix it while we were on the river, so we could shower that might, but no one ever came.. They are also missing basic kitchen things like a chef's knife and mixing bowls. I also didn't get any instructions on check-in until I asked for them the day-of. We did enjoy the grill, the screened porch, and the outdoor area. The air conditioning was good, too.

Nice, quiet weekend

Nice home, great view especially of the stars at night. Quiet simple home and neighborhood. Close to town and two river entries. Owners quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect location, close to everything

The owner was very accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. The location is around the corner from Andy’s where they shuttle you to the river. The backyard has an amazing sunset after a long day on the river; perfect for barbecuing and playing games. Would definitely rent again!
