"The rooms were decent. The only problem is that we stayed on the first first floor where our room face the indoor pool. Our whole room smelled like chlorine the entire trip. There was no other rooms available when we ask the switch. Also, for some reason, I was not able to connect to Wi-Fi at all. None of our devices work. I explained this to the front attendant, but she couldn’t really do anything about it. She told me she didn’t get any other complaints so I automatically assume it was...

"First room the toilet wouldn't flush and there was no water in the tank, ROACHES and stains in tub. room was filthy and the clerk was extremely rude. Had to wait 45 min to ck in bc there was no one there. 2 employees arrived and couldn't start because doors were locked and no one was there. 2 room no TV, extremely noisy people kept me awake all night including one man that knocked then sounded on my door only to realize he had the wrong room. No phone to call the rude clerk to tell."
