Beautiful newly renovated rustic house located in a quiet environment and close to the center of the town of Cómpeta. It is a completely renovated house, which offers its tenants modern and comfortable facilities, characterized by the typical style of the Axarquia and a traditional decoration in which the elements and ancient details such as ceramics, vases and cupboards have been preserved. A design with special charm reminiscent of the typical rustic style of Andalusia, spread over an area of 180 m2 and three exterior and bright floors: on the first floor, a beautiful and spacious living room, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a small terrace On the second floor, a functional and fully equipped kitchen decorated with two beautiful rustic brick arches that gives access to a living / dining room, a bathroom, a storage room and two typically Andalusian balconies. On the upper floor, a living room has a double sofa-bed and a 2-level sun terrace with fantastic views of the town, the mountains and the sea. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a bar and an indoor pool heated by solar energy, which is accessed from the main entrance and also a side entrance independent of the house. Its situation in the town, is so central and also quiet, that a few minutes walk we are located in the center, the main square, the municipal parking, restaurants, bars, cafes, taxi, ATMs, etc. From its terrace you can see part of the vintage square, where the famous Wine Night takes place. The windows, terraces and balconies overlook different streets, ideal to see the Holy Week processions, and also fantastic views of the mountains, countryside and sea.
