"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. "Pros are the location, the river views, the staff and the Bellamy Lounge staff and food. The Cons are the cost of parking and the standard room we had needed updating. The bed was fine, the comfort of the room was great, but the bathroom is very outdated."

"I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."

"Clean room, comfy bed. Food from the lounge was the highlight! I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had."

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"Nice and spacious rooms, can easily accommodate a family of 6. My wife and I each grabbed a bed and we noticed the couch beside us was a pull out. I slept for 8.5 hours. I usually get 6 on average. Bathroom was also nice and big. Only reason I didn't go five star on this review is the hotel is under renos, which is good that it is being kept up to date, but would like to see what its like after they're done.Continental breakfast was nice. Very friendly staff."
