- In winter ❄️: quick access to the Les Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area and close to Megève, Saint-Gervais and Chamonix. Ski room and boot dryer included in the house.
- In summer ☀️: panoramic hikes, mountain biking, swimming in the Combloux biotope lake with a view of Mont Blanc, paragliding, golf and many outdoor activities.

NEARBY:
- Megève (10 min), chic and lively resort.
- Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (15 min), starting point for the Mont-Blanc tramway.

⚠️ Accommodation not very suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the stairs inside the house.

🔒 For safety reasons, The property is equipped with two outdoor surveillance cameras only: one located at the parking level, and the other in the garden. There are no other cameras inside or anywhere else on the property.
