Combaillaux is a small village north of Montpellier with 1,700 inhabitants, where you will find a bakery, a hairdresser, a doctor's office, a pizzeria and a restaurant (La crouzette)
in the neighbouring village (5-10 minutes) there is an area commercial with a supermarket and many shops and restaurants.

From the house you can enjoy many paths for walks or bike rides (road or mountain bike).

Less than 5 minutes away is a pony club, a mini-farm and a free park with free deer.

You will be 20 minutes from the city center of Montpellier, 15 minutes from the Montpellier zoo (free), 30 minutes from the river (where you can practice canoeing and kayaking in other activities) 45 minutes from the beaches.
