Apartment in a condominium by the sea, on the Italian Adriatic coast

The building " La Conchiglia" is located on the main street of Lido di Pomposa, and is across from the beach. The structure Is made of two fabricated "A" and "B" -Each has three floors without elevator. On the ground floor it has a fenced communal area that is used for parking auto. The beach is private and to be paid, but the free beach is at 300 meters. Near there are some shops and good restaurant. From 8 pm to 12 pm a pedonal street.
Apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator, with entrance to living room with kitchen area and a sofa bed for two persons, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower box and without window, a small balcony. The accommodation is equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning in dual split (a split in the living room, a split in the master bedroom). Communal parking (not enough for everyone).
The House is located in the Centre of Lido di Pomposa, in front of the sea with direct access to the beach, a few steps away from the promenade served by each service and store. Ideal for those who do not want to use your car during your holiday.

BEDS
The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

SERVICES ON REQUEST

Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 60.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 60.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
