"There was plenty of trash (food delivery bags) and food spilling out directly outside the 6th floor elevators. This was not cleaned for close to 18 hours. Plus, the toilet in my room got clogged - thankfully maintenance staff fixed the issue. I would not recommend this hotel."

"My window in the loft didn’t close and the blinds were broken but I turned the heat on. No maid service during a4 night stay which was fine as I pick up after myself just fine and always reuse my towels but thought that was strange. Maybe that’s how it is now and I’m the dumb one haha but the place ..."

The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
"We booked another night ( couldn’t get the in- between date due to a concert). This check in was good. Room is beautiful and beds comfy! Friday/Saturday staff different from Sunday staff- (Except Tommy at the bar, he was still awesome and helpful!) - not in a bad way ….. just different energy…"

"Our room wasn't ready when we arrived after check time, but Leo at the front desk gave usa complimentary dinner at the restaurant upstairs and upgraded us to a suite. Everything was great quality."
