The Space:

Parking is easy to find and your spot is just steps from your front door! Upon entry you will find a bright inviting space for your group to relax and unwind. Our living room has a smart TV, and is a good spot to work or relax. Our kitchen is stocked for preparing a meal, and you will find laundry and a half bathroom all on the main level.



Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed. The bathroom is beautiful! A walk in shower with all new tile awaits you!



Downstairs you will find a suite with a queen bed, and full bathroom with walk-in shower as well.



The Neighborhood:

This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
