The Space:

The Goodale Retreat is a historic and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath lower unit designed for a rejuvenating stay. Our home is on the first level of a duplex overlooking the amazing Goodale Park. Enjoy an open grass area, along with skyline views of Downtown Columbus! Our apartment includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 dedicated parking space in the back, and shared use of the beautiful fenced in back yard. Our apartment also includes a convenient work from home area. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full exclusive access to the lower unit of the duplex.



The Neighborhood:

This property is in a stunning location directly across the street from Goodale Park in the Victorian Village (a historic and beautiful part of downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and top rated Columbus restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes and local attractions!

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
