This apartment is located in the popular Dublin/Hilliard area within a brand new luxury apartment community called The Kensington At Riggins Run. We have a corporate housing contract with them, which gives us permission to welcome short-term guests like you. :) Step out from your apartment and you'll be greeted by the peacefulness of the community with lots of green space, while also being just minutes from countless shopping and dining options. Bridge Park as well as Downtown Dublin are close, and other areas of Columbus are easily accessible as well.

We make access super easy! As soon as you book, you'll receive a confirmation text from us. Then, 7 days prior to your arrival (or within an hour if you book a last minute stay), you'll get another text will a check-in details booklet. That booklet will contain easy arrival instructions, your address, and your keypad code for the apartment door (changed for every guest). On your day of arrival, you can check in any time after 4pm using your keypad code. The code will stay active throughout your stay, and you'll also find physical keys on the kitchen counter.

This apartment is located conveniently on the ground/1st floor an accessible via a breezeway just a few steps from the ample parking area. The apartment itself features an entry way with coat hooks, leading into a bright, open-concept main living area. The kitchen features a spacious granite island with bar stools, and cabinets are stocked with everything you need to feel at home (generous kitchenware, a starter supply of cleaning products, a starter supply of tea/coffee, etc.). The living room features comfortable furniture, a 50" TV, and cozy lamp lighting. Off the living room is the patio with 2 chairs and a table. The bedroom door is off the living room and features a dreamy king-size bed, chest of drawers from Arhaus, and an office desk and chair, as well as 2 night stands with lamps and a white noise machine. The bedroom also boasts a large walk-in closet with hangers and racks. The sparking clean bathroom features a walk-in shower and granite vanity with plenty of lighting, fresh white towels, and a gift set of Asprey Purple Water toiletries.

This apartment is close to everything, but not close enough to be walkable. There are walking trails everywhere and lots of people enjoy walking, running, roller blading, and biking on them. But shopping/restaurants/etc. will require a car. Lyft and Uber are easily accessible.

This apartment is located within a 100% smoke-free community. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the community property (not even on our patio, in parking lots, breezeways, etc.).

Pets are welcome with a screenshot of recent vet records. Max 2 pets, max weight 75 lbs combined. No commonly restricted breeds please.
