NOTICE: Shared Water System & Hot Water Availability :



Please be advised that our building operates on a shared water system. Due to the structure and layout of the plumbing, hot water is available throughout the building, but it may require 15–30 minutes of running the tap before hot water reaches your unit.



This delay is normal for this building’s plumbing design and does not indicate a malfunction.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
