This apartment is located within the beautiful new Luxe23 community in the heart of The Short North. We are their official corporate housing partner, which means that we (Epicurean Properties) have a contract with them giving us permission to rent this apartment to temporary guests like you. You'll love being just steps away from a countless number of the city's best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques.
This apartment is located in a secure building. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a virtual check-in booklet via text with easy arrival instructions. Once you've checked in, you'll have physical keys as well as an app providing you with easy access to your apartment.
Upon arrival, you can take the lobby elevator up to the top floor and walk down the hall to your apartment. Once you have your parking pass (on kitchen counter), you'll be able to enter the hallway directly from the parking garage.
The first thing you'll notice when you enter the apartment is the size. This apartment features a large, open-concept main living area with tall ceilings and 1191 sq ft of living space.
The modern kitchen is surprisingly large for an apartment and comes fully outfitted with everything you'll need to cook and service a gourmet meal. We even go above and beyond with some extras like 3 types of coffee makers, a Crock Pot, blender, food storage containers, and more.
You'll love the massive kitchen island with its beautiful granite countertops and cozy designer barstools from Arhaus. It's the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or hang out with your laptop while waiting on dinner.
The living room is stylishly furnished with a custom emerald green sofa from Arhaus which provides incredibly comfortable seating for 4 with lots of cozy pillows, an oversized ottoman, and lovingly selected art on the surrounding walls.
The 55" TV is powered by ROKU, which gives you easy access to all of your favorite streaming channels and comes with a complimentary subscription to DirecTV for a wide selection of on-demand and live entertainment (much like standard cable).
Off the living room is your private balcony; a spacious outdoor living area with lots of comfortable seating. The view from the balcony looks down on the building's courtyard which is very active during the Summer and makes for great people watching. This courtyard view location is perfect for anyone who enjoys peace and quiet since it's on the opposite side of the building from High Street.
The master bedroom features a dreamy king-size bed with a new mattress from Winkbeds; an award-winning US-based company that beat out all other brands in our extensive testing process. But we didn't stop at the mattress! This bed is outfitted with a goose down comforter and 100% long-staple cotton linens from Frette; a legendary linen brand used by many 5-star hotels around the world including The Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, and Aman. We feel confident in saying that you won't find a bed this comfortable in any other rental property *anywhere*.
You'll also love the spacious walk-in closet with full-size Arhaus dresser and plenty of space for hanging clothes so you can settle in and feel at home during your stay.
Off the master bedroom, there's also an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of fluffy white towels.
And so that you can comfortably work from home when needed, there's an office desk and chair located within the privacy of the master bedroom with a 50" Smart TV hanging on the wall above it for easy viewing from bed.
The guest bedroom is located on the other side of the apartment and features two twin beds, also with super comfortable Winkbeds mattresses. These beds are outfitted with 100% cotton linens just like the king bed in the master (although not Frette).
This bedroom has an even larger walk-in closet than the master, also with a full-size dresser and plenty of space for hanging clothes.
Near the guest bedroom, but also conveniently near the main living area, is the primary bathroom. This bathroom is spacious and modern with a shower/tub combo and of course plenty of fluffy white towels.
Just inside the entrance of the apartment is the laundry room; a separate room of the apartment where you'll find the full-size washer and dryer. We even provide a starter supply of laundry detergent for your convenience. This room is also where we keep the Shark vacuum cleaner, Swiffer mop, iron/ironing board, and some other essentials you can use during your stay.
We know you'll love the comfort of your new apartment, but whenever you're ready to venture out, you'll also love being in arguably the most walkable location of the entire city. Dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques within close walking distance means you'll never be board during your stay.
While this is a new listing for us, we have dozens of others around the city and have been operating month-to-month furnished rentals for nearly 5 years. All we ask is that if you end up deciding not to extend, you give us 2 weeks notice so we have time to open up our calendar and find our next guest. :)
