Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

This home offers 1 street parking parking for 1 vehicle only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay!

Other Things to Note:

✍🏻 A $300 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 3 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation



🚗Free street permit parking pass for one car during your entire stay with us at Jungle House ™! The street parking spots just a hop, skip, and a block away from the homes!



The loft apartment is located in an apartment building with a shared common flight of steps and common hallway. There are three loft apartments and this home is apartment "C".



There is a local smoke/vape shop in case you or somebody traveling with you would be sensitive to the smell.



Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!
