This townhome offers 2 bedrooms (5 total Beds to sleep 10-12 max), 1.5 bathrooms. KEY FEATURES: Hot Tub, Pool Table/Darts, Sauna, workout area, 2 car garage W/ 2 more parking spots in Victorian Village/Short North very close to High Street! Close enough to enjoy everything on High Street but just far enough to enjoy the neighborhood feel of Victorian Village! Less than a mile from OSU Campus, less than a mile north from the Columbus Convention Center, and 1/4 mile from all of the best bars.
For your safety, please note that we have a security cameras on the property. It is positioned at the back entrance, providing a clear view of the backyard.

Wonderful stay! Comfortable, clean and close to everything. When we were deciding where to stay, Brian was so courteous and quick to respond. This rental had particularly easy check-in and check-out procedures compared to other rentals. The sauna and hot tub were such a nice way to start and end the days after milling around Columbus. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unique & cozy home. It’s in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do in Columbus, yet surprisingly quiet at night. While we occasionally heard traffic, it wasn’t disruptive, even for light sleepers like us. The home is tastefully decorated & has a warm, welcoming vibe. The garage was a major plus, & we appreciated having that convenience.We didn’t use the hot tub, but it's worth noting that the listing mentions a camera with a full view of the backyard. That would’ve been a deal-breaker for us had we planned to use the outdoor space more — it's a bit too invasive for our comfort.That said, the house was perfect for our short stay. We didn’t use the pool table, sauna, or workout equipment, but those amenities are great to have & may be a big plus for others. Overall, a solid stay in a comfortable, well-located home.

Perfect location and amazing amenities.

We were in town for an event at the convention center and this was perfect walking distance. So many food options and coffee shops a few minutes away. After the event this was perfect for relaxing and had activities for the family to stay busy. 10/10!!

Gameday Hideaway

My group stayed here for the OSU and TN game. Its location for games is nice. We walked from the house. Its old and creaky but was good for our needs. Nice sauna and hottub. Youtube tv and internetinternwrt worked great.

Better than expected!

I went into this stay with high expectations, and I was still blown away! The property is even nicer than pictured, and the location is IDEAL. Hosts were WONDERFUL and very communicative. Lots of little touches that made it an exemplary stay.

Enjoyed my stay here.

I play pool a lot, and the pool table was a pretty high quality. I really enjoyed the sauna after a long days at work it helped a lot. If I was to give a critique, the only thing I would say is the couches are electric, but they don’t work so they’re slightly uncomfortable definitely not a dealbreaker though

Perfect Buckeye weekend

This was the perfect place for a family weekend trip to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes! Great amenities, convenient location, quiet neighborhood. Even the dogs enjoyed it!

Our family of 4 loved this property and will look to stay here again next time we're in Columbus. If I were forced to critique, the worst I could say is that the floors are squeaky so don't plan to sneak up on anyone. On the flip side, I got to teach my 5 yr old how to play pool and rediscovered I'm not much better than a 5 yr old at pool.

Perfect place to unwind

Property was exactly as advertised. Sauna and Hot tub are awesome, enjoyed so much I bought sauna for my home. Man cave Location is prime, but neighborhood is quiet enough to feel like you're miles away from metro area. Have already booked again for next time we're in C-Bus.

If traveling with small kids read

My husband and I traveled from VA with our 3yr and 1yr old to see the solar eclipse. To start, this was THE creakiest house I have ever stayed in whilst trying to put kids to bed. Lol We got lucky and ended up ‘accidentally’ bringing 3 baby gates for our two small children, and boy were we glad we did! It was the only thing that kept them off of the double stair cases. If you have small children that you want to keep off of the stairs, or don’t want to keep awake with creaky steps outside of the doors, you may want to reconsider or atleast be prepared. If you do decide to stay here, bring toddler utensils, there was only one spoon. I did see a bassinet available in the closet, so that was a plus! In the little time we spent in the home, it had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. It did give off bachelor/bachelorette/anniversary stay vibes though. There was still an ant issue in the kitchen as well. Another downfall was that my husband stepped in dog poop outback that was left from a previous guest. Overall though, the beds were super comfortable, and the house was very well centralized. Lastly, and worth mentioning, thank you for the hosts recommendation for the Italian food place nearby (Marcela’s) it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Seriously some of the best Italian I’ve had, and it was delivered so quickly! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect for family of five!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family! My 3 kids loved it and thought it was the coolest! You cant beat the amenities that the condo provides! The living room had a very warm and cozy vibe!
