The property is located in Franklinton, a rapidly developing area near downtown Columbus. The property is on an updated street filled with recently renovated houses. There is a library, church and elementary school within eyesight. Though not quite walkable yet, many bars, restaurants, attractions and all downtown attractions are only a short Uber or Lyft ride away.

You can also enjoy easy access to the home using the Smart lock. Free parking is available in the driveway for one car. We recommend parking only a small SUV or larger as small cars may scrape the bottom. Free street parking is also available.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events that may affect your reservation.

Great Columbus Spot

My family stayed here for a family reunion and the house was perfect. Six adults and one child and it was so nice having a big, clean house to come back to and spend quality time with family. The kitchen has every gadget you can imagine and the house was fully stocked. The best part was the responsiveness of the host. He answered all of my messages within minutes, if not seconds which was so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Property for Large Group in Columbus OH

Our large group of family/friends can't stop talking about the 3-level home located less than 15 minutes drive time from the Ohio State Fairgrounds, the site for the AQHA Congress. Arrival was a breeze from the check-in instructions received from Evan, our amazing host. The home was comfortable for our party of 9. So much space to relax, stretch out and visit. We had a small technical issue when streaming the televisions but the host was very responsive and offered to come right away to resolve the issue. We realized we had not signed out the previous guest's account info and fixed the issue promptly. The kitchen was so well stocked (small appliances, dishes, and even the basic spices one might need.) The coffee bar was an extra treat. Plenty of space on the main floor to watch tv together, sit down to dinner or enjoy snacks at the kitchen island. The laundry room and all bathrooms were also well stocked. The cleaniless of the property throughout was above average of any other property we have stayed through VRBO. Bedrooms were all very comfortably furnished with attention to detail throughout. The upstairs office was a bonus! The fenced in back yard was a great extra space to enjoy the back porch, yard games & small fire pit. We were nervous about the neighborhood location before arrival but felt safe at this property and had no issues at all. Overall our experience was exceptional and we appreciate the thoughtfulness the host has put in to every room of the house.

Fabulousness in Franklinton!

This VRBO property was absolute perfection for our group during the week of the USA Fencing Summer Nationals! It is so thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed: a fully stocked coffee bar with a lovely selection of beans ready to be ground and Keurig pods; amenities in the bathrooms in case you have forgotten personal care items; a cozy back porch and fire pit for decompressing after a long day of competition; and a true working kitchen with enough appliances, cookware, and basic seasonings for us to make multiple meals throughout the week. The VRBO hosts have a great design sense -- each room and living area, with its own vibrant personality, is exactly as it appears online. There was plenty of space for our group of six to either hang out happily together, or to find a nook and be on our own. The third floor computer room is fully set up so that working parents can take an online meeting without kids being under foot -- which was so appreciated! We were a short and easy drive from the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North district, without having to be caught up in all of the hustle and bustle. The VRBO hosts wrote promptly a few days prior to check in with easy-to-follow and keyless instructions to access the property, and check in with us during our stay to ensure that all was going well. And cheers to this VRBO's housekeeping team for keeping the place absolutely spotless and the beds made even better than those in hotels! We'll be back!

A wonderful house

I can’t say enough good things about this property. First off, Evan is an amazing host. He really did think of everything. The house is stocked with all you’ll need, even things you would never think of. This house has three floors, so it’s great for a family to have some space from each other. The location is also extremely convenient as it’s close to downtown Columbus. We usually never go back to the same house, but this could be the one exception as we enjoyed it so much! Wonderful Space for our entire family!

We enjoyed the home very much for the weekend as a family. All amenities were available and they even had trash bags and soap on site! The home was very clean and the design is simply lovely. I had concerns about the dog dander since the home is listed as dog friendly, but there was no dog smell or dander to be detected. The home is newly renovated and they have found a way to use every inch of square footage. The host Evan was a phenomenal communicator which we very much appreciated. It was refreshing to have an honest representation of a VRBO and it was a delightful weekend.

Amazing house near short north!

We had the most amazing stay. I have stayed in a ton of Vrbos and this one takes the cake. They have thought of everything! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar(even Togo cups), record player, games and plenty of seating! They also have a cozy front porch as well as deck! We had dinner in short north as well as a spa day about 10 min away! We will definitely be back! Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing Place!

Our group of 7 friends had a wonderful stay at Evan's property. First, the location is awesome - it's very convenient to get downtown. We also loved the spaciousness of the house which had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. The dining room table was large enough to accommodate everyone in our group and we played games at it after dinner. The fully stocked coffee bar is a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here!

Exceeded expectations

We were very pleased with our stay at this House. The property was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. We were 10 people and we had plenty of room to spread out yet the dining room and living room were big enough for us all. We loved the easy and plentiful parking and the proximity to downtown and Lower soccer field (less than 5 min away). The area felt safe and quiet. The host communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We didn’t have to worry about a thing or stress about a checkout procedure. The board games and TVs in each room were a nice touch. We hope to stay again during Ohio State football season!

You have to Stay Here!

Our group of 10 booked Swanky Suites last minute for a Christmas gathering. Our other lodging fell through and Evan was more than accommodating. The house was CLEAN and decorated so well. We really appreciated the chef's kitchen and large dining table. We were able to fit 10 of us for Christmas dinner. The attention to detail that went into this property was great! We enjoyed everything from the comfy beds, super soft towels, coffee bar, tower fans and white noise machines in each room to the board games. It's obvious that Evan loves hosting and is not just some investment company. I will definably book again.

Super property! Great family atmosphere. Lots to do!

Amazing home. The house was huge and every room was decorated well. Check in was a breeze and the place was packed with family friendly items(Pck n play, travel crib, stroller, high chair, kids dishware and utensils, kids coloring books). The fully stocked coffee bar was a great touch. The kitchen had anything you would need as well. Evan communicated well throughout the stay and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell Evan really cares about his guest. Our kids loved COSI which was less than 5 minutes away. We were relieved there was no long list of things to do upon checkout. Staying here was totally stress free. One of the top properties we’ve stayed at. We hope to return next time we are in Columbus.

This is the best spot in Columbus!

We had a great stay at Swanky Suites. One of the best properties we have stayed in as well as one of the cleanest. The check in was smooth and the beds were very comfortable. The towels were something from a 5 star hotel! Evan was extremely responsive during our stay and didn’t have a huge checkout list of things to do. The property was on a quiet street yet close to downtown. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the house more. You can not go wrong with this place. We definitely will be back and will be telling all our friends about this place! Thanks soo much Evan!
