•House is one side of a duplex. While the unit is private, the backyard is shared.

Guest has access to entire side of the duplex minus the basement and three storage closets.

Other things to note:
CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM.

PARKING: Off-street parking behind the house with enough room for one car. Do not take the spot for the other side of the duplex.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
