As you turn down the gorgeous lane leading you to the Green Creek Shipyard 2.0, you are transported to your own private retreat in paradise! Experience the many amazing amenities provided inside of this gorgeous home that was created with the ultimate stay in mind. As fellow travelers, we have brought all of our favorite features from previous stays (as well as many more) to give you the vacation of your DREAMS! Get your day started with a fresh cup of coffee made with the provided Chemex pour over as nature wakes up around you. Spend the day relaxing by the hot tub, reading a book in the hammock, or sunbathing next to the waterfall. While the interior of this home is stunning, we have a feeling that you will be spending most of your time outside during your stay at the Green Creek Shipyard 2.0!

Spend a memorable vacation in this elegant home where modern amenities and warm décor mix with the highest comforts. Built by the 3 Schlabach siblings - Landon, Heather, and Reece: a lot of creative design, hours of work, and plenty of healthy debating went into this project! We feel like the outcome is something incredibly special and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us! • We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens • We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste! • All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste. • We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day! • Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

While we are excited for you to enjoy your time at the container, please remember that a lot of time and effort went into this special project. Please treat the space with respect.
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $400.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. There is a camera on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.

Excellent! Highly recommend!
Staying at Shipyard 2.0 was a fantastic experience! The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it a truly welcoming space. Attention to detail was everywhere, with extra towels, supplies, etc. Landon was an excellent host, providing clear communication and helpful videos & tips about local restaurants and activities. Overall positive experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
