The Space:
This space is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhome with a private entrance. Park in the paved lot then enter the ground floor unit into the beautiful living room. As you enter, you will also see the newly added bar for eating and entertaining. As you wind down for the night, there are two bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a common bathroom also on the 2nd and 3rd floor. These updated bathrooms provide a clean space for you to refresh throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
With secure access, there is a deadbolt lock along with a lock box at the front door where you can easily access.

The Neighborhood:
Located ideally in the North Campus of the OSU District. 214 Norwich Ave is within walking distance to amazing walking trails at Tuttle Park, and fantastic entertainment options such as Varsity Club on W. Lane Avenue, or enjoying a nice stroll along the OSU Campus featuring the famous Buckeye Stadium (half a mile) or The Schottenstein Center (1 mile)! Downtown and The Short North are just minutes of driving away.

Getting Around:
Parking is located right in front of your unit with easy access in & out. There are also several walking attractions within 1 mile, including The Ohio State University but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
There is a park located near the property which is convenient for picnics, frisbee, baseball, basketball or leisurely evening walks. The property is also walking distance of the Olentangy Bike path which runs throughout Columbus and is a scenic route along the Olentangy River.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
