Renovated in 2022, this stylish brownstone combines original refinished hardwood floors and local art with a beautifully updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

The first bedroom features a queen bed, private full ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom features a king bed, desk, and 50` Smart TV, along with its own private full ensuite bathroom.

A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs off the kitchen. A queen air mattress is provided for additional guests.

Additional amenities include fast Wi-Fi, a 55` Smart TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit stacked washer and dryer, and local artwork.

We provide one free designated parking space located approximately 0.5 miles from the townhome, about a 10-minute walk.

Parking for additional vehicles cannot be guaranteed. If you are traveling with more than one car, we recommend planning ahead and making arrangements for additional parking before your arrival.

Paid street parking is available through the ParkMobile app, and a paid parking garage is located one block away.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
