Welcome to your comfortable Columbus getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom home is designed for families, friends, and groups looking for a relaxing place to stay. Enjoy a cozy fireplace, private backyard with a grill, street parking, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unwind in the inviting living room after a day of exploring Columbus. It’s a comfortable spot for cozy evenings, movie nights, or relaxing with your group. Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

Enjoy your own private backyard with a grill and firepit, perfect for casual cookouts, outdoor meals, or relaxing together in the evening.

🛁 Shared Bathroom: A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor and is shared by the bedrooms.

The entire top floor is a spacious, light-filled loft designed as a comfortable private retreat for families, groups, or kids. 🌟

- Flexible Sleeping Arrangements: The loft features one Queen bed and a twin trundle bed that can be converted into two separate Twin beds.

🚿 Private Bathroom: A full bathroom is located within the loft, giving guests staying on the top floor the convenience of having their own bathroom without needing to go downstairs.

📌 Please note: While this floor offers excellent separation from the rest of the house, the architectural design is a beautiful open-concept loft without a formal privacy door at the top of the stairs.



🍳 Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, blender, coffee maker, and essentials for preparing meals at home. Whether you’re making breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner together, you’ll have the basics you need.

📍Explore Columbus from a Great Location

One of the best things about staying here is having easy access to some of Columbus’ most charming neighborhoods, local restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday essentials.



German Village is a beautiful, established neighborhood known for its historic character, charming streets, and great local dining. If you’re looking to explore the area, we highly recommend heading west of Oakwood and spending some time around German Village.



🍽️ Local Dining & Drinks

Parsons Avenue is a great place to start, with a variety of restaurants, bars, and local favorites just a short drive away.



* North High Brewing – A great spot for drinks, food, and a relaxed atmosphere.

* Mercury Diner – A local favorite for breakfast and lunch. They’re open until 3 PM, making it a great daytime stop.

* Plank’s Café – A longtime family-owned Columbus favorite, serving excellent pizza and Italian dishes. They have a large parking lot, although it can fill up during busy times.

* Schmidt’s Sausage Haus – A Columbus institution with a history dating back to the late 1800s. Stop by for classic German food and their famous cream puffs!



☕ Coffee & Breakfast

Fox in the Snow Café is another local favorite and well worth a visit. They’re known for their delicious cinnamon rolls, baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches. It can get busy, but there is parking available nearby. Their menu is limited and a little pricier, but many guests find it worth the trip.



You’ll also find a Starbucks and Panera near the Livingston and Parsons area if you’re looking for familiar options.



🛒 Groceries & Essentials

For groceries, Kroger is a convenient option and is located about an 8-minute drive away. It has a large parking lot and is an easy place to stock up during your stay.

You’ll also find plenty of additional restaurants and bars along High Street, just south of the Kroger area, offering even more options to explore.



📍 Getting Around

German Village and the surrounding areas are close enough to make exploring easy by car, with many destinations just a short drive from the property. Street parking is available in some areas, and several restaurants and attractions also offer dedicated parking.



Whether you’re looking for a great local breakfast, a casual night out, a cup of coffee, or a delicious Columbus classic, there’s plenty to discover nearby!



Neighborhood Note: Southern Orchards is an established neighborhood undergoing active revitalization, so guests will see a mix of beautifully renovated historic homes alongside properties still in transition. As with any urban neighborhood, the feel can vary from block to block. We encourage guests to use their usual city-travel awareness and enjoy exploring the area.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

This property is equipped with a propane grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
