While situated on a quiet residential street, the home is just minutes from the University of South Carolina, Fort Jackson Military Base, MUSC and surrounding hospitals (ideal for healthcare professionals), Williams-Brice Stadium, South Carolina State Fairgrounds, Colonial Life Arena, Segra Park baseball stadium, Benedict College, Allen University, Charles W. Johnson Stadium, as well as concert venues, local attractions, eateries, nightlife, and shopping.

Guests are encouraged to enter the correct headcount when making their reservation, as additional fees apply for bookings with more than 8 guests.
