This is a private, impeccably clean and stylish 1 bedroom unit, the perfect spot to staycation in civilization, .5 miles away from major hospitals and close to groceries and pharmacies.

Get some time away during the extended spring break with your own personal haven!

This is a 900sf apartment with a private entrance and driveway, front covered porch entry with porch swing. The front entry hall leads to the den/office space and a queen size pull-out sofa, desk and (non-functioning) fireplace. The stylish living and dining room is directly off of the den and privacy curtains separate the two spaces for extra guests. The queen size bedroom has 11' ceilings, room darkening window shades and a closet with laundry. The newly renovated bathroom has a tub-shower combo, marble mosaic floor tile, and brass and chrome fixtures. Feel like cooking? The brand new kitchen with gray shaker cabinets, brass hardware, stainless steel appliances and sparkling granite counter tops is ready for a home cooked meal or a freshly ground pot of coffee. The back entrance off of the kitchen leads to the fenced-in back yard.

There is a shared wall between this apartment and the one next door - expect to hear muffled voices and some general sounds from your neighbors during your stay - both sides are typically rented at the same time. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM every day.

Earlewood Park is a historic neighborhood that surrounds a large city park with tennis courts, a frisbee golf course, dog park (members only), athletic fields, amphitheater and much more. This home is located within a 1 minute walk to the park and within 2 miles to the downtown districts on Main and the Vista. The North Main Street corridor has many up and coming restaurants and shops, including The War Mouth restaurant for fine dining and drinks, Curiosity Coffee Bar and the Vino Garage wine and beer shop, Indah Coffee, Il Ficolare Pizza Shop and the Cottontown Brew Lab.

According to Maps, this house is 2.1 from USC/Horseshoe, 7.0 miles from Ft. Jackson Visitors Center, 4.1 miles from Williams-Brice Stadium and 2.2 miles from the Columbia Metro Convention Center.

The majority of Columbia is easily navigated via car or Uber. This home is located within 1-2 miles of most of the downtown area's main attractions, including Main Street and The Vista. USC is within 2.5 miles and Five Points is about 3.2 miles away. According to Maps, this house is 2.1 from USC/Horseshoe, 7.0 miles from Ft. Jackson Visitors Center, 4.1 miles from Williams-Brice Stadium and 2.2 miles from the Columbia Metro Convention Center.

This is a historic 1919 Queen Anne Style duplex home that we have renovated and painstakingly restored. Most of the rooms boast over 11' high ceilings, multiple fireplaces, exposed brick, plaster walls and gorgeous light fixtures. The large and spacious front covered porch has been completely renovated into a warm and welcoming refuge from the hot SC sun.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

My Columbia stay

I arrived with instructions to enter the home . It was a lovely house it is an historic house . We had access to internet and TV . It was clean and not far from the university . I would come back for a future stay .
