Relaxing Stay
The Rosebud was a great location for our short family vacation. The house was clean, the property was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I would note that the driveway was very steep, but we did make it up there! Overall, we had an enjoyable, relaxing stay, and I would recommend this location for others to check out.

Ladybugs!
It was that time of the year when the ladybugs invade! They were kinda cute to have around. Visited Carter House, Carnton and Winstead Hill. Great tour guides at the houses. Notes from Leipers Fork book had a chapter that coincided with The Offer series about The Godfather that we happened to be watching in the evenings while we were there. Sunk down and Slept like a log in the master bed. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities. Some kind of lighting on edge of drive as it curves would help when arriving to house at night.

Cabin in the woods
The Rosebud was a perfect place for our weekend wedding stay near Franklin. The amazing country drive and the adorable gas station with coffee shop was perfect. 4 ladies trying to get ready for a wedding made for lots of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! We loved our stay. One warning is the driveway is steep but you will make it up the hill!

Good stay
It was nice to get away from the main Nashville area. Beautiful view. The only downside was I wish there had been more in the kitchen. Pam spray, plastic bags, or even foil would have been nice since we did all our cooking there. That was the only downside. Otherwise, great time

We were five woman gathering for a weekend long music festival. The home was an ideal location just 20 minutes from the action and peacefully hidden away in a hill. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location!
The location was tucked away and quiet. The home itself was beautiful and clean which added to the perfect surroundings. Very spacious and well stocked, however we recommend bringing general shower/bathroom necessities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) if you use the downstairs bathroom. Definitely enough parking spaces, just know that the driveway leading up to the house is quite steep—I would have been quite nervous if I was driving a compact car. Overall we had a great experience; It was perfect for the number of people we had!

We all loved staying at “The Rosebud” house. Such a neat place. Super comfy beds. Everyone enjoyed fire flies and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Super private home. Hopefully we can all go back again. ❤️ The perfect retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are soooooo comfortable. The yard is really peaceful. The house was cute and cozy and secluded. We were in town for a film project so we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would’ve liked back at the house. We will go back!

Great getaway!
Lovely interior, very soothing. Bed was comfortable and bedding was cozy. Surprisingly good television reception and speed. My only suggestion would be a more thorough cleaning. We found dead insects on the bathroom floor and toothpaste spit on the faucet handles in the bathroom. Not a huge problem, but just not what you’d hope for. We would come again.

Beautiful cabin home in the hills. Our family loved the seclusion. Primary bedroom upstairs with luxury bedding and towels. Great suite of rooms for son and wife with kids right next door. Short, But Sweet
Our visit was limited to only two days, but we packed in as much as we could into those two days. The house was fully as we expected, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We made an attempt to use the fire pit, but we couldn't get a good fire going so we'll save that for next time. All said, the house was excellent !!

Mother Daughter Weekend
My sister and I surprised our mother with a weekend get away. We wanted something that wasn’t so far of a car ride since our mother can’t be in a car for very long with her bad knee. This place was absolutely wondering. Beautiful views from the back porch, very secluded property which makes it peaceful for the morning coffee with the sunrise. Everything inside was perfect as well. The beds were absolutely amazing and I haven’t slept that well in a very long time. We will definitely be back to repeat our stay.

Beautiful Retreat Cabin
This cabin was a real treat! It's perfect for a small group, and the cabin was extremely clean. We did not cook, but it appeared that the kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor space was fabulous, with seating on the deck, as well as a separate firepit and patio space in the back yard. The beds were so comfortable, and the linens and towels were higher-quality. The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, and both are spacious. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. There was plenty of room for our three vehicles, and there was easily space for a fourth. The cabin is several hundred feet off the road and tucked into the woods, so it's very private. The cabin has an open floorplan, so the dining area, den, and kitchen are all open to each other. The downstairs bathtub was a little slow to drain, and we only had one spare garbage bag, but otherwise, the cabin was PERFECT! Be prepared for a VERY STEEP driveway leading to the cabin. None of these issues caused us any issues, though. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Home!!!
My family had the best time at this beautiful house. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. The drive to Franklin, Lieper’s Fork, and Nashville take you through the most breath taking country roads. The landscape on the property is so green and lush with blooming hydrangeas near the back door. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy the city, but relax in the country.
