Muletown's Cozy Classic w/ hot tub, outdoor game area, and fire pit

This 1969 Ranch style home is a home away from home you won’t want to miss. Everything about it is completely brand new while keeping it’s vintage 70’s feel. This newly renovated and professionally decorated home could not get any better. The fun wallpaper and colors are a delightful change you just must experience for yourself. With the perfect outside area including a hot tub, firepit, lounging set, screened in back porch, outside bar, activity center with a ping-pong table, human chess, or checkers, and spacious fenced in backyard. There is something for any and everyone. Inside there is an open layout intended for quality time with your loved ones. There are 3 queen size bedrooms and one full size bedroom. All bedrooms include a relaxing ambiance. The living room has a spacious and comfy couch that could happily be slept on if needing extra space for sleeping arrangements. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The pink peacock bathroom has a double sink and shower that could be used as a bath or shower. The spa bath has a standing glass shower and a freestanding tub, a spa scene in your own vrbo. The powder bath has a vintage sunshine feel with original tile. The kitchen has a spacious island to seat four people and a dining table with four seats as well. The kitchen is stocked with spices and cooking utensils, should you desire a home cooked meal. Although I would take advantage of the multitude of great restaurants Columbia offers.

Our keyless front door entry code changes between each guest. We have a vigorous cleaning and sanitization process to ensure your maximum comfort. We are pet-friendly, as your pets will surely enjoy our fenced in backyard! This is a quiet neighborhood, no parties or events allowed.

Overall, this house was beautiful and really nice! Very clean and well maintained! The owner was very responsive and kind! We will definitely be back and can’t wait for the next stay! Location was close to everything! Love the inside of the home!!!

The owner of this property, Mercedes, is great! I feel she truly wanted us to have the best stay possible and was SO easy to work with. My sister had the pleasure of meeting her and said, "she is so, so, so nice!". I interacted with her via text & she was prompt to respond & very kind & accommodating. We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for a wedding that I was very involved with the preparations. This was the perfect location for running back & forth. It was no more than 15 minutes from anwhere I went in Columbia & Spring Hill. The neighborhood is great! The neighbors on either side were great! Again, my sister met them both and couldn't say enough nice things about them. We took our dog with us. The owner is clearly a dog lover! The back yard is amazing! It's huge! Our dog ran & played so hard back there, every day. It's a pretty private yard too. The ones that used the hot tub loved it. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Spot!

Everything was better than we expected. The oven was out of order during our stay, but apart from that - it was fantastic! We would definitely book here again! Our kids loved the hit tub and all the fun back yard things to do! - however, if you really enjoy ping pong.. I’d bring your own paddles and balls! The ones on site weren’t great, but that’s understandable. Cheers!

So cute, cozy, and clean!

The house is adorable! It is well decorated, making it feel cozy and comfortable. We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed for longer. The house was also very clean, in great condition. We definitely enjoyed it!

Stop to and from FL

This house is perfect for anything you may be doing in the area or just passing through. It's only about 5 min off I-65 and is very spacious and in a very nice neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Cozy Classic in Columbia

We loved our stay at Muletown’s Cozy Classic! The check in process was so easy. Mackenzie even allowed us to check in 2 hours early on a last minute request. The ranch style home was clean, cozy, and well decorated! My sister, nieces, and I were in the area for The Great Junk Hunt in Nashville. The screened in porch and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and recovering after a day of walking and fighting crowds. The four bedrooms and two and a half baths gave us ample space. We are definitely planning to stay here again next year or any time we are in the areas!

Perfect little hideaway in Columbia

We LOVED our time at this property! It is absolutely as pictured. The decor and style of everything was so cute and fun to be in - the whole family loved it! It was very cozy and comfortable to hang out in. The hot tub was a hit with the whole family. Everything was clean and the check-in process was easy. We were in the area visiting family and would definitely stay here again, hopefully in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful backyard a little more!
