  • This quiet charming 1,000 SF cottage is a perfect space to unwind. With its west facing relaxing open breezeway to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. A 10 minute drive to historic Columbia, home of our 11th President James K Polk. 5 minute drive to Spring Hill. Home of the world famous MuleTown Celebration. Old town charm off the Public Square. Just a 30 minute country drive to historic Leapers Fork to visit antique markets and old world diner. Come relax and sit a spell.

    Friendly, welcoming shop keepers and merchants always receive guests with a smile and warm hello. A trip to Downtown will reward you with a nice walk around the Public Square to enjoy the many very personal inviting shops.

    There is canoe rental near by if you would like to see the Duck River. River Rats Canoe Rental just 12 miles away.
    The River Walk Park is just off the beautiful Town Square of Columbia.
    The Henry Horton State Park just 20 miles in Chapel Hill TN. to include a golf course. Also the TOWHEE GOLF CLUB just 2.4 miles close
    If you are traveling with horses or mules. We have parking for your trailers and a pasture near by for your critters.

Staying at the cottage was amazing! The cottage is very charming and homey. Communication with Darrell and Bev was easy and they were flexible with us. Highly recommend staying here!

Cottage is in a quiet area and is perfect for relaxing. The beds are great and pillows are the best we have had while traveling. We were visiting for a wedding at Gordon Farms and it was just a 10 minute drive away.

The location was excellent very close to both Columbia and Spring hill. The cottage was cozy, the owner very friendly and attentive, and evenything we needed was handy.

Home away from home

It was a very enjoyable place to stay. Close to most anything you’d want to do. The thing I enjoyed the most was that the house stayed clean the whole time and the absolute peace n quiet!

Great place!

Very happy with my stay. The owner gave us a tour on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The house is very warm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

A lovely, cozy home just a few minutes from downtown Columbia, and close to Spring Hill. Clean and well-appointed. A very attentive and welcoming host.

Peaceful place with awesome hosts. Darrell went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for a quiet little weekend getaway. The house was comfortable and inviting the moment we walked in. Highly recommended!!
