Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
Listing was not accurate. Listing stated sleeps 11 with a king bed and a queen bed in each room upstairs. Not true! There is only 1 bed in each room upstairs. The owners expect you to know they provide air mattresses to accommodate the rest of the guests! The air mattress was filthy. Full of dust on the surface. The bedspreads were covered in hair! I don’t think they wash the bedspreads. As guests you are expected to take care of their laundry! The dryer was full of soaking wet sheets and towels- I was blamed for them not drying. They loaded the dryer right before we arrived and it was way over packed. The dishwasher was full of dishes we were expecting to put away. There was dog poop on the back deck. The hot tub was dirty. The kitchen cabinets have junk and random things throughout. The living room has very uncomfortable furniture and not enough to accommodate 11 guests. The rug in the dining room is curling up so bad you could fall over it if you’re not careful. The house is not stocked well like they say. I spent 45 min of my time with VRBO complaining because we did not have enough beds and the house needs a good deep clean. The owners I believe do not have a professional cleaning service.
