Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry

Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.



Check-in is at 4 pm.

Check-out is at 10 am.



- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.

- No pets allowed.

-Up to 2 cars in driveway and 1 cars street parking.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

We had an excellent trip. The property is as described within a mile or so of campus. We had 6 of us there for a campus tour and meeting and it was very comfortable. We were able to cook some meals, play some games, watch some football and catch up with friends. There isn’t too much green space, but there is a nice table with benches outside off of the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of towels and bedding, plus dishes and cookware to get breakfast made. The kcup machine worked great for coffee in the morning. Everything was neat, organized and clean.

Loved this property! Perfect location and the property looks exactly like the photos. Communication was super easy and very responsive when I needed something. I’ve stayed at a few properties so far waiting for my house to be finished and this has been my favorite by far. I wanted to stay longer, but it was already booked. There are a little extra fees you will need to pay, but it’s worth it.

Amazing CoMo home away from home

Five of us met in Columbia to visit friends that live there. The home is in a cute neighborhood and was exactly as described! It was a great get away and had eoom to eat, play games and sit around and visit. i would love to return.

Excellent Accommodations

This home was excellent for our long weekend trip. We had 3 couples traveling together, and the 3 bedrooms on one floor was a great option! Nice amount of room around the table to visit. Easy access to anywhere in Columbia.
