Westland Estate is a grand dual-unit retreat consisting of a modern duplex designed for groups who value both shared experiences and the independence of private spaces. This configuration provides the convenience of two separate, fully equipped homes located side-by-side. Please note that the units are not connected internally, which ensures maximum privacy and noise reduction for multi-family stays or corporate retreats.

Because the estate is a duplex, your group will enjoy a total of four distinct living areas. Each unit features a bright, open-concept great room on the main level with plush leather seating, a warm gas fireplace, and a Smart TV for entertainment.
