Perfect for family gatherings, you’ll enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, challenge the kids to a fun game of ping pong, or gather around the extended dining table for a lively family meal. Located within walking distance to all that Palmer Lake has to offer, including beautiful hiking trails and a scenic lake for hours of fun!

As our sign says, Palmer Lake is a little slice of heaven. With everything within walking distance, you’ll discover a town brimming with charm and easy access. Enjoy pickleball and frisbee golf by the lake, or spend your day paddleboarding, fishing, or kayaking on the water. There are numerous hiking and walking trails right outside the front door, or just a short drive away. A forest playground and tennis courts are only 1 mile from the house. Indulge in the local flavors at one of the town's many restaurants, with a special mention to the beloved local ice cream shop! Palmer Lake is a dream destination for outdoor enthusiasts in the summer and transforms into a magical snow globe during winter. No matter the season, we’re sure you’ll fall in love with Palmer Lake!

You have full access to the entire property

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy living area that opens up to the back deck. There are three bedrooms on this level, including one with its own private bathroom. Downstairs is a kid’s paradise, featuring games and a ping pong table for endless fun. One room downstairs has two sets of bunk beds, while the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. The third bathroom is also located on this floor. This layout is perfect for multi-generational families or groups traveling together!

You will want a vehicle

Please note, we don't have an ice maker, and we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes in the carpeted areas to help keep the home clean.

We love your furry friends but our home is not pet friendly

Our property is nestled in a charming mountain town with mostly dirt roads, and you’re likely to encounter loads of wildlife and occasionally a creepy crawly or two — a reminder that you're truly surrounded by nature!

Additionally, we’re just a short drive from multiple event centers and wedding venues.

Our beds are on the firm side. If you prefer super soft beds they may not appeal to you.

Per town code quiet hours are 10 pm & no parking is allowed on town streets. A max of 4 cars can be on property. 2 inside the garage and 2 in the driveway.
