The Space:

This beautifully designed multi-level Broadmoor home blends stylish comfort with thoughtfully curated interiors, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and connection. Warm décor, inviting furnishings, and modern touches set the tone. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit, every space is crafted to make your stay memorable. Please note: because the home is multi-level, there are several sets of stairs throughout.

The main living room is a bright, comfortable gathering space with plush seating arranged for conversation or TV time. A beautiful wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy centerpiece, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests are welcome to use the fireplace but will need to bring their own firewood. Large windows invite in soft natural light, while tasteful décor adds warmth and charm. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, so you can stay connected whether you’re cooking, chatting, or enjoying a movie.

Please note: because the home is multi-level, there are several sets of stairs throughout.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.



🦌 Wildlife Notice: Wildlife activity is common in the area, so please be mindful of food, trash, and scented items when outside. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent unwanted animal encounters.
