The Space:
This spacious and modern home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and making memories. The open-concept great room welcomes you with a stylish living area, a dining space with seating for eight, and a fully renovated, practical kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Step outside to enjoy the backyard, complete with a grill for outdoor cooking and games for added fun. The home's thoughtful layout offers flexibility, with two levels to explore. Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, including the master suite, which boasts a luxurious king bed and private access to a second-story deck—ideal for unwinding with a morning coffee or evening breeze.

This pet-friendly retreat ensures a welcoming stay for all, including your furry companions. To provide peace of mind, our dedicated five-star cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and maintains the home, focusing on high-touch areas, so you can enjoy your stay with confidence.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

Located just a quarter mile from the interstate, you'll have quick and easy access to the best attractions Colorado Springs has to offer. The area features established homes with large lots, mature trees, and a friendly atmosphere where neighbors still wave to one another.

Dining options are just minutes away, including popular restaurants like Carrabba’s, Old Chicago, and Tilted Kilt. For shopping and everyday essentials, grocery stores and retail shops are conveniently close, including an REI—perfect for any last-minute outdoor gear before your Colorado adventure.

Getting Around:
Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking and biking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

Other Things to Note:
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Parking: driveway on the right side will fit up to 4 cars. There is also on street parking
* There is central AC throughout the home
* The fire pit has been removed due to city regulations
* There are two cameras on the property one that is in the front yard facing the drive way and one in the backyard

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by our team before check-in.

This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Please be advised that we may ask guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, matching selfie, and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously.
