  • Welcome to your serene private apartment overlooking the mountains in Historic Downtown Monument. This recently updated, upper unit has 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bath, and an open concept living room/ kitchen. The deck is spacious w/ beautiful Mountain View’s, perfect for enjoying the Colorado Sunshine! Within walking distance of Downtown Monument’s shops and restaurants as well as the Santa Fe Hiking Trail! While USAFA, and Colorado Springs & other attractions are all a short drive away!

Great Location Perfect amenities!

This place was amazing. The lay out was great and we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic to downtown Monument. Even though we were close to the action it was quite and relaxing. We will stay here again!

Beautiful apartment

Everything was brilliant especially the outdoor patio. It was very clean and it had everthing we needed for a weeks stay. The owners replied to our questions quickly and they were very helpful.

We were here for our daughter’s wedding 2 blocks away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be! The location was perfect, great furnishings, very clean with everything we needed included. Would absolutely stay here again!

Such a great stay! The home was clean and thoughly enjoyed the patio space with the mountain back drop. Kitchen was perfect and beds were comfortable. Location was great, in the middle of what feels like the heart of Monument. Few minutes from the lake, walking distance to restaurants and the location was very quiet. The neighbor seemed to inherit a few deer, it was soo cool to see them in the mornings.

Great spot!

This property has a good layout with all spaces thoughtfully planned and utilized. Decor and furnishings are tasteful and all expected amenities are provided plus more. We loved the location in downtown Monument. We enjoyed excellent restaurants, a taproom, ice cream and a great wine bar all within a short walk of the condo.

Great stay in Monument

Very central, lovely views from the balcony, flat was well stocked with the essentials. Good base for exploring the Monument and Palmer lake area. The owners were very attentive when the wind knocked the broadband out before we arrived and helped get it sorted quickly.

Great visit to Monument

We love staying in Monument and would stay here again. The property was clean and well appointed with comfy beds and furniture, K-Cups and laundry detergent. The unit is close to everything, with a great walkability factor! The layout does mean that you can easily hear everyone in any room of the unit, but if you don't mind that, it's fine. Thank you for a great stay!
