Right in the heart of Colorado Springs, enjoy this Victorian style 1 bed 1 bath home. Completely locked off from the main house, you will be in your own guest suite, With a living room, kitchenette, and private entrance, you will feel right at home. This guest suite is connected to the main house. Your suite does not share anything with the main home and you will have it all to yourself.

This beautiful suite is fully equipped for a fun vacation get-away, or for travelers who need to find a great place for an executive extended stay. Guests will appreciate the on-site laundry area and nicely equipped kitchenette. Guests are guaranteed to be enamored by the historic neighborhood location which is close to dozens of the area's greatest tourist attractions! Minutes from Pikes Peak Mountain, Garden of the Gods, shopping in Manitou Springs, Santa's Workshop, Colorado Springs' Fine Arts Center, Cave of the Winds, UCCS, Colorado College, the Olympic Training Center, the Pioneer Museum, the Broadmoor Resort, and walking distance to Old Colorado City ("OCC") which offers a menagerie of shops, dining, and culture including many art exhibits! This home is also a quick drive to Cripple Creek for an exciting night of gambling, historic dining or a mining tour. Whether guests are staying to enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, sight-seeing or something more like shopping, dining out, and taking in the cultural atmosphere -- this is the place to stay! Cozy & Comfortable

The Westside gave us everything we needed for our stay. It was convenient to the main thoroughfare in Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and downtown Colorado Springs, yet still put you in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The unit has an ample-sized bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. It also has ample bathroom space and a small parlor-like living room. Guests should be aware that the kitchen is not really a kitchen so much as it is a small counter space. A microwave and hot plate are available, but if you plan on cooking, this may not be the unit for you. The table is a small round table, more like a side table, in the living room. Also, as noted in another review, be aware that the only thing separating you from the host's area of the home are two double doors, and you can hear quite clearly through them. If you are a big talker, that might also be a consideration. All that aside, the home was the perfect home base for us. It was convenient to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything in the room was very clean. It was an ideal stay if that is what you are looking for.

Chaming place, great location

Lots of detail in the decor not captured in photos, lovely and well thought out. As mentioned in the listing, this space is the the front part of the home connected by a set of double doors to the rest of the home. While it is separated, you will be able to hear the occupants talking/TV (and smell what's for dinner :)). This means they can also hear you. This place was great for my short stay.
