This house was nothing sort of perfect. From Location to presentation it was wonderful. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the trees on the outside of the balcony porch are larger now than in the pictures blocking some of this magnificent view. Still have a great view of the smaller mountain range and pikes peak though. 10/10 in my opinion

The view is even better in person. You can see the top of Pike's Peak over the foothills to the SW. Well stocked property for all the little things, including spices and whatnot. Quick responses on communication, no issues throughout the stay. Very enjoyable spot!

Our group of 8 adults enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We were within an hour of every excursion we had planned and close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit nightly. Rose was very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful house on a lovely lake. Great deck and room arrangement. They had bikes, a blowup kayak and a working grill. Our group of friends struggled with a couple of things: the frying pans in the kitchen were horrible. I contacted the owner but she was not helpful. There was also no sauce pan between medium and a huge stock pot. The other real struggle was the single bed in downstairs bedroom that had a box springs that was extremely loud and creaky. It seemed to be intended for a child.

Peaceful

Overall clean property and pleasant host (Rose). We had a couple of minor cleaning items to call out the first day, but Rose addressed them promptly. The property is not too far from Colorado Springs, so it was no hassle to schedule day/afternoon activities there (e.g. a Pikes Peak jeep tour) and then head back "home". My family enjoyed our stay!

Perfect rental for large family

Visiting Monument CO for my daughters wedding. This rental property was the perfect size for 9 people to spread out and have their own space. It was a convenient location for the wedding at Palmer Lake and to local stores and restaurants. We loved being able to enjoy the views of the lake, and local wildlife (we saw deer, rabbits, variety of birds). Enjoyed our stay!

Great Views!

Enjoyed our stay the home is in a perfect location and easily accommodated 3 generations. We especially loved the family of deer that visited us daily! Minor maintenance issues and Rose our host was very accessible and wonderful to work with. Cave of the Winds is a must get there early and Rose’s recommendations were spot on for food. It’s a lovely home.

We chose this property because of the beautiful views and how clean everything looked in the photos—and honestly, the views from the living room and master bedroom were even better in person.We really appreciated how well-stocked the house was. From cooking supplies to cleaning items, everything we needed was there. We've stayed at several VRBOs, and this was definitely one of the best in terms of being prepared for guests.The homeowner was super friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to our questions.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for our family. Most of the major attractions around Colorado Springs were about 20 to 40 minutes away, and traffic was generally light.If you're looking for a place that’s clean, beautiful, and well stocked, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Dont asumr my brevity is and indication of our experience and satisfaction. Fortunate for this property, not much needs yo be said other than great property, great process, great owner.ALL 5 STAR. We've rented many houses. It doesn't get any better for comfort, cleanliness and not only meeting expectations but we all left with the property and all involved exceeding expectations.This listing is shinning example of what the VRBO concept is meant to be.My only disappointment is that we found this place after many others when our daughter was graduating from 4 years at Air Force. We would've stayed here every time. Our loss is your gain though. Bottom line--Do not hesitate for a second to book here.

Family Friendly Beautiful Stay!

We stayed here with old friends, who now have kids and some other family members! The house had something for everyone and plenty of room for all kinds of activities! Rose was very sweet and communicated very well, ensuring we had everything we needed. We especially like the checkout process and how minimal it was!

Wonderful Vacation Property
