Relax in Palmer Lake! Mtn Bliss & Trails. Pinecrest Parties & the Lake. 10 min to Monument. Close to the Springs (Garden of the Gods and USAFA), Castle Rock & Denver. You'll enjoy PL Fireworks and the Star from this unit. Home has two units for large groups. This unit can sleep up to 9 guests. High chair & pack-n-play provided. Patio and table and chairs to enjoy peaceful outdoor dining and relaxation

This is your vacation. I’ll interact with you as much as you prefer.

Palmer Lake is known for its wildlife; who will visit during your stay? Our farmhouse is close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away you’ll see the stars at night and enjoy the peaceful quiet you’d expect in Colorado. Palmer Lake has many wonderful mom & pop restaurants, the lake and trails to explore all minutes from our front door.

Guests will have access to the entire LOWER unit as well as a private patio with access to a SHARED backyard with play equipment. Additional waiver to be signed to play on the play equipment. Please note this is a basement unit so there is potential for noise from the upstairs guests. We do ask for a 10 pm quiet hour. Please keep in mind I’m happy to remind upstairs guests of noise level but I can’t be responsible for upstairs guests. When booking this unit please be aware there may be upstairs guests. This is a LOWER unit! There will likely be noise. If you are sensitive to noise or want complete silence I would suggest you book a different unit. But if beauty meeting value is what you're after this is your perfect spot!

This spacious walk out unit is located in the lower part of our home. The upper unit can be rented as well to add sleeping for 16 more people. This lower unit has a king bed and full size futon bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and twin over queen bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. A full size bathroom with large shower is also in this unit. Your children will love our cherry blossom climbing tree and swing in the living area. Full kitchen and dining room as well as a gazebo and dining area outside. Washer and dryer too. We have provided it all!

Plenty of parking on property.

This is a lower unit with an upper unit above. Keep in mind there may be guests above you. NO recreational drug use of ANY kind on property. We are a pet FREE home. Cigarette smoking allowed outside only with no trace left behind. A generous starter supply of consumables will be provided.

Perfect wedding stay!

We rented both the upper and lower unit of this house. It was perfect! Beautiful and well equipped! Our daughter, the bride, and her bridesmaids had the basement and we were upstairs. The wedding party was able to get ready downstairs on the day of the wedding with plenty of space. The owner was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!!

Clean clean clean!!!

My parents, my husband and toddler and I stayed here for a few days. We loved how home(y) it felt. It’s sooooo clean. And it was kid friendly which was a huge bonus when traveling with a busy, curious toddler! The shower is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and pots and pans. All the appliances worked well. The host was great at communicating! The keyless entry pad was a little confusing at times but overall easy. We could hear people above us on occasion if they walked heavy footed. There’s plenty of parking. We enjoyed the peaceful environment!

Too Loud

The basement is very clean and spacious. The property manager is quick to return calls and follows up with needs. There is NO television with basic cable or local channels. There is NO grill to cookout. NO starter shower soaps and shampoos provided. It was absolutely freezing as there is NO thermostat control in the basement of the house. The upstairs guests control the temperature. The basement is NOT conducive to hosting guests when the upstairs of the home is rented out. Every sound, every footstep, every toilet flush, every conversation and all the children screaming from upstairs can be heard and will keep you awake all night. We had to ask the property manager to tell the upstairs guests that they were way too loud two nights in a row. If you choose to stay in the basement, hopefully the upstairs guests will be considerate and even parent their children.
