  • It is our 5th family-owned and operated short-term rental property in Southwest Colorado Springs! This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the comfort and everything you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip: clean spaces, comfortable beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every room, a laundry room, and a nice backyard with comfortable patio dining, a relaxing hot tub, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a playground for the younger guests and absolutely beautiful night views!

Beautiful home in a perfect area. There’s lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The host is super nice and clearly explains the rules u need to follow. Super reasonable rules, that were easy to follow. The hot tub was great, we just went when it was cold out so u can imagine us getting out of it haha 10/10 recommend this spot if ur staying in Colorado Springs!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood & close to lots of attractions. The house is lovely and very clean, well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 8. Kristina was a great host and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Tons of amenities from the hot tub, swing set, Keurig coffee maker with pods, TV’s in every room, laundry soap, pack n play for the toddler… I could go on & on. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in town, highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the home, it was clean and spacious. It was really close to my son's house which mad it easy to go back in fourth. I would highly recommend this home and plan on revisiting Colorado, if available we will be renting the house again. thank you for a great place to stay

The property was very clean, had extra towels, pillows, linens, box fans. Beds were comfortable. Amazing bathtub! Hot tub was great. Close to the movies, restaurants, and Walmart. Hosts were available and very responsive. I will definitely stay again.

Would absolutely stay again!

This rental was very clean, in a very good location, and the host was very kind. The We really enjoyed the hot tub and the checkin and check out process was very simple. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to town!

Colorado Vacation

The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!

This house is in the perfect location, clean, safe and the hostess Kristina is wonderful. We stay in lots of VRBO and the service is the best. This is our second time to stay at this location and will be back for sure. Kristina goes above and beyond and really makes you feel at home. Has everything you need, just like a home away from home. January weekend.

This property is very nice. Plenty of room for several people. The host is very pleasant and easy to contact.We would have preferred normal TV, not Roku but we're not familiar with it. Had a great stay!

Great Stay!

We felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable during our stay in Colorado Springs. Kristina's space was very clean, well kept and well stocked (bathroom supplies, kitchen, laundry, etc!). Much appreciated and enjoyed, would definitely stay here/with Kristina again.

Plan to stay again! The rental was clean and Kristina was very easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure a larger crockpot was at the house before our stay once I inquired. Location was great and easy to get to location such as the Zoo, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Stayed with some extended family and we all agreed we would return to the property in future visits.
