Summary:
Mountain town getaway and sanctuary! In Pike's National Forrest with great hiking/running trails walking distance from the home. Camping, fishing, picnics, and hiking trails within a short drive. Old town Woodland Park has family entertainment and restaurants. Short drives include Manitou Springs, Santa's Workshop, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, and Pike's Peak! Cozy up with two wood-burning fireplaces and large family rooms. Outdoor suite with private hottub, firepit, grill, & dining.

The Space:
Truly unique luxury experience with newly remodeled home. Outdoor kitchen with hot tub, fire pit, horseshoe pit, and gas grill. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Sleep extra guests in the living room with our sofa beds and couches. Comfortable stay for your friends and family!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood backs to Pike National Forrest.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available to support our guests throughout their stay. Guests can reach us using the Airbnb messaging system.

The property was exaclty as shown in the pictures. Maybe a little bigger than we expected. It was clean upon arrival. The kitchen has stocked with supplies and spices, all we needed to do was add the groceries. Bathrooms had soaps and shampoo. The hot tub was clean and functional. A couple of noteworthy mentions: the water heater is smaller, so hot water runs out fast with large groups. We had an issue with streaming on the downstairs TV through the cabin wifi, however, when we connected to our own hotspot we had no issues. There is no central AC, so during the day and into the evening, if the home gets warm, you need to open doors/windows... which was not a problem for us :) we enjoyed that. The home was very comfortable.Additionally, communication between us and the host was exceptional! They are very responsive 10/10.

Perfect house for our group of 9. Great communication, location and property. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was close to everything Woodland Park had to offer. Perfect stay!

Convenient in every way!

We came for a conference at Charis Bible College and were pleased that we were only eight or nine minutes away from the campus. No winding dirt roads to go down, less than five minutes away from town. It was a huge bonus that the home was airy, light, beautifully appointed with decor and furniture. Kitchen fully stocked,, amazing outdoor area, and hot tub. The three full bathrooms were ideal for 10 people getting ready. Thank you for our best stay yet in Woodland Park!!

Great home

Only issue was we couldn’t use tv downstairs first evening because of internet issues. He quickly responded and set up a time to come and fixed. I was not a fan of cameras around the hot tub. I understand security but guest want a level of privacy. Was told cameras were in listing but never found this disclaimer.Home was very clean and we enjoyed our stay!

The home was amazing, clean and quiet. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will stay again if I am in the area. Only issue I had was the emails with check in and out information appear as spam and came from a different sender than my booking service, so I missed them! Definitely recommend!

Family vacation

Very spacious and clean. My family had plenty of space to relax after being out all day seeing the sights. Lots of wildlife in the neighborhood! Great location and not too far away from restaurants and recreation.

Family Reunion

I needed a place for my family that wasn’t local to crash and this house was perfect for it. We even got to grill in the back and play board games. The host is super responsive and very clear on instructions. They do it all through email so make sure you check your inbox! Amazing stay, definitely happy to recommend to others!

Charming and Updated Mountain Home

We traveled to Colorado Springs for a softball tournament. This home was conveniently located about 30 minutes away from all fields. We enjoyed staying up in the mountains rather than being in the heart of Colorado Springs. The home was clean, well stocked, and the owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Very nice place to stay.

I am so GLAD I chose this place, everything was great with plenty of room for 4 adults. The outdoor space in backyard with grill, fire pit and hot tub was very nice. We cooked our own meals most nights and everything you need to cook is there. I cant really complain about anything. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

No Acclimation Needed

Yes, we had to acclimate to the altitude of Pikes Peak, but zero acclimation was needed for our vacation home. Without question, the communication between me and the owner and his team was EXCELLENT...Best In Class. Loved our location and clearly fit the needs of all the age groups in our family gathering of 15 people. Thanks for helping make our memories of our week even greater.
