Mountain Luxury and Views Galore Near Palmer Lake

Mountain-town escape in the front-range near Palmer Lake and Perry Park with stunning views overlooking Palmer Divide and the Spruce Mountain Event Center. Nestled on the side of Spruce Mountain with easy access to Spruce Mountain Open Space Trail and many other outdoor adventures. With close proximity to Pike National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park, Larkspur is the perfect home base for your Colorado vacation. Enjoy all this home has to offer plus an abundance of wildlife too.
The space
You'll have 2400 sq ft of private living space on the 1st floor of our 2 story home. The space includes 2 large bedrooms each with their own TV, 2 1/2 granite and tile bathrooms, a full size futon, a separate work space, a family room with a large TV, and a well-equiped gourmet kitchen with a center island for indoor dining. Outside there is a huge patio that includes a brand new grill, fire pit, swing, dining area, bistro table, propane heaters, and edison lights from which to enjoy the INCREDIBLE views. Watch the occassional trains in the distance as they sweep across the valley as if you are in Switzerland.
Other things to note
The space has accessibility options such as a step in whirlpool tub. We have kayaks, bikes, and snow shoes that can be rented upon request. If you have a little one, let us know and we can provide a car seat, stroller, high chair, pack and play, and toys to cover your stay.

We came to Colorado for a wedding and luckily found this listing. Not only is the house beautiful, but the view from this property is breathtaking. They have anything and everything you could think of the house ready for when you arrive (they even has relaxing music playing). We could not be happier with our stay here and will hopefully be back for a future visit. Thank you! for yoh.

Our stay was Amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and Mountain View every morning while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. I stayed on this beautiful property with my sister and daughters. The swing overlooking the view with my morning coffee was just what was needed to unplug. The bed, the sheets were so so comfy. The views are fantastic. The hosts are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend choosing this home for your next stay.

Colorado was one of our spots on a Hiking trip this Summer. The place was beautiful, and the mangers of the rental were so nice and very responsive. It wasn’t in the location that we wanted but it was well worth going! Amazing place and amazing people who run it.

My husband and I spent 5 days with two good friends. Loved this house. Hosts were terrific! We were worried in the extremely hot weather about not having air conditioning, but the house was so cool that it felt air conditioned!!

From check in to check out, all was taken care of quickly and with no problems at all. The property is overlooking a beautiful view of the valley and has outdoor chairs and tables so you can enjoy your evening. The property is well appointed with very comfortable chairs and couches to relax in. The bedrooms are very comfortable, one having a queen size bed and the other having a king. There are windows throughout looking out onto the view, yet plenty of window coverings to ensure your privacy. The bathrooms are large with plenty of room. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The property is well away from any noise, yet very easy to get to. The owners worked to make sure we were well taken care in all aspects. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay there and recommend this property without any reservation.

Great place, beautiful view. It had no washer/dryer and the owners were clearly hesitant to let us use theirs on the second level. Pretty disappointing to spend that much money and not have access to a basic need. The laundromat was 10 minutes away and 1.5 hours of time away from my family and guests. Won’t stay there again as beautiful as it was.

This property was absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet, the views from the patio are beautiful, and the location is super convenient for getting out of the city, but within an easy drive to south Denver. The interior is so clean and comfortable, we felt like it was as close to a home away from home as you can get. The hosts thought of every detail to make this a truly special place to stay. There were extra bathroom essentials, a basket of s'mores ingredients for the firepit, and a very well stocked kitchen. My wife and I are looking for an excuse to escape to the mountains again so that we can stay at this beautiful property.

This beautiful lodging fit the bill for a visit with our niece and nephew as well as a family dinner ending with s’mores attended by our oldest daughter and her family. The view is amazing and the patio with the large table and the fire pit was playing games and visiting. The interior is well appointed with many thoughtful additions in the bathrooms and kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay at the property. The pictures do not do justice to the majestic views from the porch! Alan is a rockstar! When a huge snow storm dropped over 2 feet of snow, he made sure the driveway was cleared and that we could get out. The house was centrally located to all our Colorado adventures. The house is far enough off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy the peace of the country but close enough to all the amenities Colorado has to offer. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and look forward to a return visit!

Views Galore is an exceptionally beautiful property inside and out. The view from the patio is really that stunning! Inside is just as wonderful and everything you could possibly need is provided. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is a joy to cook in if you don’t feel like going out and the patio with grill, heaters and fire pit were exactly what we were looking for to have a peaceful, comfortable vacation. It’s close to many outdoor spaces for hiking and taking in the mountains and nature. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with, they are also 5 Star! We would absolutely go there again and are checking into summer dates. We really can’t say enough positive things about the hosts and property!

The view was beautiful. The space was very well furnished. The rental is the basement of the main home that the owners live in. We could hear footsteps and the dogs upstairs occasionally but it wasn’t problematic. Spices, bathroom supplies, and snores were provided.
