The heart of the home is the large new outdoor deck and spacious patio, creating an inviting area to relax, gather, and enjoy the outdoors. Fire up the grill, gather around the fire pit, relax on the outdoor sofa, while taking in the beautiful mountain views. The patio also features yard games and a hammock, perfect for a little friendly competition, relaxing with a good book, or simply enjoying the Colorado sunshine.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of options for relaxing and having fun. Challenge someone to a game of foosball, chess, or other board games, enjoy your favorite shows with streaming TV, or pick up the guitar and make some music. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or having a relaxing evening at home.

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. You’ll find a dedicated coffee station, baking essentials, air fryer, blender, slow cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need.
