We provide resort quality soap amenities in all of our bathrooms so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home! Each of the four bathrooms will include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Unwind and soak up the stunning views from our spacious patio, perfect for lounging around and enjoying quality time with your loved ones. Our cozy living room features a fireplace and a large couch, creating the ideal setting for family movie nights.


We understand the importance of high speed internet, so we've spared no expense in providing lightning fast download speeds averaging 731Mb/s and upload speeds of 42Mb/s. We've even added two dedicated desks, one in the basement and the other in our horse-themed room (with an external monitor) located on the main level, to cater to your working needs.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of dishes for a large group. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The pictures don’t do this home justice as it is nicer in person than it shows. Excellent location for us as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this home if you need lots of space and bedrooms.

Perfect for families. We even found things we weren’t expecting that made our vacation even more relaxing. For example a baby fold out bed, infant sling etc. 100 percent recommended. Location is amazing close to all amenities, but an out of town country feeling. Great safe neighborhood.

A perfect family getaway, highly recommend!

We recently rented this incredible house for a family gathering, and it was truly the perfect choice for our multi-generational group. With little ones and adults in tow, this home exceeded our expectations in every way!We were impressed by how well-maintained and thoughtfully designed the house was. It had everything we could possibly need—from high chairs, pack & plays, toys(great toys) to plenty of space for the older kids to run around and play. They even had a baby monitor, stroller & baby gates. The house was stocked with all the essentials and more. Whether it was a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, or comfortable bedding for all ages, they truly thought of everything. The secret room was the toddlers favorite! We are a fan family & every room had fans! The location was fantastic! We were in a great spot—close to attractions but also far away enough to feel peaceful and private. It was the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, making it easy for us to enjoy some downtime with the family. Wildlife came up to the patio door & thrilled our kids. We saw deer in the yard every day!Kristin, property manager was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She made check-in and out a breeze and was always available if we had questions or needed anything, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our family.

Great property!

Very great place to stay! Incredibly well outfitted with everything you could possibly need (snow sleds, blankets, kitchen stuff, kids toys, high chair, etc). Large to allow three families to spread out across floors. Property manager was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. If you aren’t comfortable with stairs, this is not the house for you… our 70 year old fell down the stairs twice so just factor that in!

Dad’s 90th birthday party

This home was equipped with everything needed for a wonderful 7 day celebration for Dad’s 90th birthday with lots of family. It was clean and cozy. The owner responded immediately with a few questions we had and let us know of a couple of things we accidentally left behind right after we left. The beds were very comfortable (which is on the top of my must haves) I would highly recommend this home any reason

Family vacation

Great House

I’m really glad we decided to stay at this house. There was lots of room for all of us (5 adults with 4 children). The house was well maintained with everything we needed. The property manager contacted me before our arrival and was very accommodating. My favorite feature was the enormous table in the dining room area. Plenty of room for meals and playing games.

Wonderful, fun home

The home is amazing! Our kids loved the toys, the fun bunk room, pool table and fusbal table. Not much yard, but we enjoyed the grill on the back porch. The large dining table accommodated all 13 of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with more matching dining sets and pots and pans than we needed. We will be back!

Week Long Family Vacation

We couldn’t have found a better house for our multi generation family reunion. The young ones took over the basement level with its hidden bedroom and game tables. The adults enjoyed the comfort of the main seating areas. And Kristen was very responsive to our every need.

The Real Mountain Experience !!

What a wonderful property. BUT, be warned, there is a lot of steps to negotiate to get into the house. The driveway also is a bit of an adventure to get up and down. Once inside it is simply amazing. Plenty of common gathering space plus nice size bedrooms should you need some alone time. Kitchen is completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Great neighborhood location only a short drive to I-25 and all the retail or restaurants you could want. We highly recommend this property to all who are capable of negotiating stairs.

Family Reunion

All three of our adult children and their families met at this house! some of the cousins hadn't seen each other in 2 years - so lots of talk and laughter! It was a great location - the driveway was a little steep but since we could park in the garage - it all worked. Enjoyed it!
