The Space:
Welcome to your elevated mountain getaway. This bright, upper-level home combines modern comforts with a cozy, eclectic design and private wraparound porches. Every corner of this home is designed to showcase the incredible views of the Front Range.

High ceilings and large windows frame breathtaking mountain views and flood the space with natural light. The room is styled with unique touches, including a "Colorado is my Vibe" neon sign and a record player with a curated selection of vinyl.

Street parking is available directly in front of the house for you and your guests. You will find it easy to park and access the front stairs leading to your unit.
Guest Access:
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire upstairs unit, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and your two private porches. Please enter through the front stairs and enjoy the cozy, inviting layout. You also have full access to the large backyard, which is shared with the guests in the lower level unit. Please note that the lower unit interior and driveway parking are not included in this stay.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
