Wonder House for a Fun Getaway!

Great house with great amenities for a girls getaway! The hottub was an added bonus and we appreciated that the property was well set up for their guests!

Air Conditioning is not a luxury when is 95 degree

House was fine, needs more lighting on front porch, we needed someone holding their phone flashlight to enter the addmission code. Everything was going well, until we returned home from an outing to find the air conditioner was not working properly. We notified the homes contacts and they got a couple of fans and an AC professional there in quickly. But the AC unit was not easily repairable, and would not be available for days.When we asked to cancel the remaining days of our stay and for a refund of the night without A/C, the owner stated that AC is a luxury in this area. Forcasted temps were to be in the high nineties, so we pulled the plug on this rental and left, following the prescribed checkout proceedures.

This property was perfect for us and our 4 kids. We all loved the decor and the furnishings were all comfortable and sufficient for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

We had an amazing stay. Definitely recommend staying here. The Gibsons were awesome hosts. Their home was lovely, clean and matched the description perfect. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. They were very welcoming and answered any questions we had very quickly. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in y’all’s home.

Perfect Family Spot

We had a nice stay at this home. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient to some walking trails, Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We were visiting our college daughter for her family weekend. Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of room to spread out and was very comfortable. We cooked some big meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is really pretty, and we enjoyed sitting out there and, in the evenings, the hot tub was so nice. We had one minor issue with the door batteries running low, and the owners were super responsive, and we did not miss a beat. Thanks for a nice stay!

Enjoyed our stay

We were a bit surprised to see that there were stairs up to the main living area and down to the lower bedroom and bathroom. It was not a problem for us, but might be for some. We enjoyed our stay very much. The back patio is lovely. The yard is nice for kids to run around. The bottom bedroom is large and has a king and queen bed in it. It was pretty chilly downstairs. We got in bed and eventually warmed up.

Things are pretty outdated. If you have young children I probably wouldn’t book here. The hot tub was nice, appreciated the coffee provided. Loved that there was a high chair there.

Perfect spot for the family in a great neighborhood.

Very spacious place with great amenities and good access to everything CSprings has to offer. Very clean place and excellent communication with the owner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard with the kids. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Great Home!!

Lovely property! It is as described, comfy and spacious. The hot tub was amazing as well! Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The beds were comfy and the shower has killer water pressure :) thick-haired girls will appreciate this 😂 The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when I had a question.

Great family/friends trip

The house was perfect for our stay. Location close to shopping and some good food. Hot tub was our morning and evening spot to just relax either before or after a day of sight seeing. Manitou Springs was a easy 30 minute drive made the trip many times.
