  • Come to the mountains to have a great vacation lot’s of beauty in this area. Also, if you need to get away from the heat of the summer, this is a great spot. House on a dead-end road with beautiful views, . All rooms are large, .Lots of Colorado’s finest attractions nearby. The home is also equipped with co2 and smoke detectors .. We are 1/4 a mile to the gate on Pikes Peak 14,115 feet.Also 420 friendly, . The house has everything you need to stay as long as you like. Also the house is cleaned then disinfected and then Inspected after every guest. Myself andBee liveon the property, it has two addresses, and 2water heaters,2 furnaces,two of everything,too big for2 people.There are three decks,1. Walk out the L/R to the grill and picnic table,. The deck off the master bedroom is private it also has Sliding glass doors to step rite into your rm..Also you can walk from the house to some really cool hiking trails. The house is Just 10 miles up hill from Colorado Springs. Close to Manitu springs Green Mountain Falls .. Come and enjoy !!.we want y’all to have a great time!! And More. I’m now looking to rent to traveling nurses. They can book through VRBO, and when they give me an inquiry as to their dates and what they can afford, I can adjust the rates to meet their needs. Cancellation policy is very flexible also. I hope I can get this to work.

This was the perfect place for a quick family vacation. With North Pole, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs near by was ideal for our family to enjoy the area.

Home away from home

Enjoyed staying here. Home away from home feeling. Like that everywhere we went it was centrally located. Michael and his wife were extremely friendly. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Comfortable, Clean, & Spacious

Very close to many activities, such as Pikes Peak Cod Railway, Garden of the Gods, and North Pole Santa’s Workshop. Lots of clean and comfortable space for our family of 4 and Mike and Bernice were very kind hosts.

My sons are older and really enjoyed this house, Mike was wonderful at giving ideas for us to do around town. He even called to check on us when we were out and a bad storm was moving in! We had a wonderful stay!

Nice Friendly place to stay

The property is just perfectly situated out of the city, near attractions and in the wilderness. Just perfect. The owners are friendly and helpful. I recommend to anyone visiting the area and does not want to be in the city.

Peaceful mountain lodging

Two night stay, well-located for exploring Pikes Peak and the surrounding area. Two bedrooms and a "bonus room" with twin trundle off the living room offered plenty of space for our party of four. Full kitchen and dining room would be very useful for longer stays.

Great location with beautiful views.

A cozy rental located in a quiet area just minutes from area attractions. The furnishings are eclectic, but comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. Outside decks are great for enjoying the views and fresh mountain air. Best of all the hosts were wonderful and very helpful!

Located by many attractions.

We had not been to many of the more popular attractions in the Colorado Springs area. This property is centrally located close to many of them with short drives. The host recommended other areas to visit as well as where to do any shopping. Worked out great!

Pleasant stay! We were six members ( 2 toddlers, parents, and grandparents) there was ample space for all. Sitting outside for some BBQ during the sunset was refreshing for the soul, we all loved watching the forest lights at night, and my husband was happy to play the piano after the long walks :). Everything was very clean and they had lots of things to keep the kids entertained, they did not miss home, and that for us was a plus; therefore, if we visit Colorado Springs in the future and there is availability, this place will be our first option.

Great Location with a marvelous view

It's was a beautiful location for sure and is by all means an amazing experience. Just only thing that was not mentioned was the property owner lives right above the rental. Was not a bad experience at all but privacy was a factor we did intend to have. By all means though I would recommend and go again myself in the future was an amazing host and very kind and professional. Rating myself 9.5/10

Vacation

We enjoyed our time from the start of our stay to the completion. Mike and his wife were very informative and helpful with understanding the property. The hot tub was an added bonus and we used it every evening! The location of the cabin was ideal for all local atteractions. Everything we had planed in colorado was withon 20 minutes. The linen was fresh and there was plenty of extras. We absolutely loved the washer and dryer. When traveling with littles it helped alot! The owners were so kind and their puppies are so cuddly! Thanks for a great vacation property, we would definitely return to this property if/when we vacation in colorado again!
