This duplex is lovely and unique. The private main floor unit is approx 1700 sq ft of living space. Newly renovated and modern with stunning sunset views of Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak from the large living room window. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy a full kitchen, dining room, deck, and bar serving area. Located 10 mins to local attractions which include, the Broadmoor, The World Arena, Ft. Carson, Downtown, Air Force Academy and much more! (Note: Separate unit located below)

Industrial age style meets modern day living. You will enjoy this unique motif, nested in the heart of Colorado Springs. the neighborhood is quietly located just to the south of the greater downtown area, near fooderies and shopping. you will absolutely love this space. 🙏 Welcome all.

The accommodations were good however lack of cold weather blankets, towels were small and few, no dishwasher soap and dish towels or dishrags-had to use bath towels. No foil or Saran for storage of food cooked

Very dirty house. Mice droppings, sticky traps full of spiders, appliances sticky and gross. You can hear the people how stay below the house. The porch light was not on and made getting the key extremely difficult.

The host and home were amazing. The only negative experience was due to another guest so I’m still leaving 5 stars. If you have smaller children maybe look for a single family unit, as the top level seems to be louder for the guests below. Still a very clean and welcoming house. Host was very helpful and reachable to address both parties concerns which was nice.

When we arrived 15 minutes after our check-in time there were three cleaning people still on the property and we had to wait for them to finish before entering. When we were able to go into the property it seemed like they rushed to finish the job because it was not very clean. There is trash on the floor, the countertops were dirty, the bathroom had fecal matter sprayed on it in the mirrors and sink were dirty. Later we found that the sheets were also not clean under the covers of the bed. When trying to communicate with the host about this, he apologized and said he would communicate this info to his cleaning people but did not do anything to offer to make amends. I was hosting a girls weekend with friends and it really impacted their stay. There was only one extra blanket in the five beds that we had, to and none in the living room at all. In one room it was freezing and didn't have enough blankets for what was needed. The cabinets in the kitchen, inside the refrigerator, and appliances were also not clean and were very dirty. It was very disappointing and a hindrance to the girls weekend we had planned and I had to clean before we could even use the kitchen. I don't generally leave negative reviews, but I feel like the host could have done a better job to make amends for the level of uncleanliness we were dealing with. Would not recommend or stay again.

We had an amazing time at this home. I called it home all week! As a grandma with my family in the area, we had beautiful dinners together; with a big family table and a well stocked kitchen..The space is very family oriented. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. We look forward to staying again! Thank you so much for blessing us with your home this week.
We played football with our grandson in this park!

The noise level from the downstairs unit is loud near the stair well. Unfortunately our 2.5 year old found a vape pipe on the deck, luckily he asked if he could blow the whistle before playing with it. The bedding wasn’t the cleanest, there was quite a bit of pet hair on the comforter. Landscaping definitely needs attention.
