Family Reunion
Booked this house for a family reunion. Advertised to sleep 18, it had adequate bed space, dining space and dishes for 18. Weather was very warm, air conditioning was working well, kept us comfortably cool. Parking was adequate, on the driveway and on the street. The playground/park 3 doors away was wonderful for the Grandkids. The house sits on a mildly busy street, at the top of a steep hill, so we denied the kids’ bikes or scooters out of caution.
Charcoal grill, we left excess charcoal on the premises.
Dishwasher did not work. I alerted the property manager who admitted that it hadn’t worked for the last renters either. Nothing was done to remedy that.
4 slice toaster, only worked on L half. Nothing done to remedy that, despite alerting property manager.
Garage with 2 large holes in the ceiling. Lots of junk stored in garage.
Overall it was a lovely family weekend, yet the accommodations were disappointing as the property manager didn’t answer my request to remedy the dishwasher situation. 3 stars. Won’t stay here again .
