⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Great Location and Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed for one week. House is old but cozy. Kitchen well stocked. Welcome snack and drinks appreciated. Dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Ceilings upstairs were low; in bedrooms, they were both low and angled. Laundry is available to guests before 10 am or after 4 pm which was inconvenient with our schedule. Driveway is shared with neighboring property.

Family visit

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s plenty of seating to accommodate our family and the beds are comfortable. We appreciate the location of this property. Easy access to shopping, dining and the interstate. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. Definitely recommend.

Property is great very comfortable for six adults. Clean and bright nice fire pit to enjoy too! Good communication with management and nice touch with snacks and drinks waiting for our hungry crew. Our kids all live in Colorado so we will definitely be back.

Family get a way

We chose this house as a place for my family to stay for my cousin’s wedding. The house offered everything that was described and so much more! It was a perfect location for Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. The kitchen was a great size. The neighborhood was well maintained and my son in law felt safe to go on a morning run each day. It was so nice to be able to bring our two dogs as well. We made so many great memories here and are already planning our next stay.

Our feelings are similar to the last review which wasn't yet posted when we scheduled this stay. Pros- Nicely decorated/cute, the neighborhood is wonderful, comfortable beds, etc Cons- The house is GRIMY, it needs a deep clean. Everything was sticky, even opening the blinds, light switches were filthy, crumbs all over and food/silverware stuck in seats. The bedding and towels seemed okay- but pretty sure nothing else gets wiped down. Given the cute decor and neighborhood the dirtiness was a let down. Never great to stay in a house dirtier than your own. We also had issues with the furnace not working, they sent space heaters which was okay, but again not great for a family with young kids. - The dishwasher leaked. The house needs some TLC Would avoid properties from this company for the dirtiness alone. Hopefully they get a new cleaner and the stars would go up!

Grimy, uncared for property with unresponsive "host"

The pictures looked lovely. So we rented for a month. I knew the neighborhood would be nice for walking, etc. But this house is in need of many handyman hours. And it needs a good overall SCRUB. We called because the shower curtain was slimy and reeked; they said they would speak to the housekeeping manager. Another call because the mattress pad was stained; they asked me why I didn't report it the first night and implied that we made the stains; then they said the housekeeping manager would look into it. The alarm center kept beeping and flashing that the batteries were extremely and/or critically low, including the front door. I reported this, plus took pictures of the panel; I was told that the technical crew would review it. It got to be a joke. On top of all this, the entire place needs a good, deep scrub. There is no rail on the staircase! There is no vent in the kitchen or the upstairs bathroom. There is a very strange "fire escape" from the basement stairs through a hole in the second floor. Just off the basement stairs is a dog door which consists of two plastic flaps with no lock. Several nights there were skunks right outside there, so the smell vented into the house and directly upstairs. The gates didn't latch without a lot of effort. The windows were filthy. On and on and on. We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world and have never encountered anything like this. We were so disgusted that we left two days early. I have plenty of pictures to back all this up.

Perfect home away from home

We were looking for something that would be comfortable and we found it. The property fit all our needs. It was close enough to the interstate but far enough away not to hear any traffic. The neighborhood was charming and quiet. The host responded to our questions quickly and were very helpful! The beds were comfortable! That’s a huge deal. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Great location in the Springs

Other than a few plumbing issues, it was good. Beds were comfy and home was clean and nicely updated. I had to buy a few kitchen items, whisk, muffin tins, cookie sheet and casserole pans. Other than that, we loved the home and the friendly neighborhood. Would surely recommend it.

Sweet house in a great location

This house is well kept and in a nice quiet neighborhood of tree lined streets. It’s centrally located enough that we were able to bike downtown on trails and also bike to the Pike Place trail in the Greenway. Good communication with host. Highly recommend the place.

Great stay

Our family had to make an unexpected visit to Colorado Springs due to a family illness - we booked at the last minute and arrived 3 days later - everything was perfect - the location was perfect. We were able to travel to and from our family home which was less then 5 miles away. We loved out stay - we would recommend this unit to anyone who needs a place to stay in the Springs.

Easy comfortable convenient place to stay in Colorado Springs

The house was clean and very comfortable with well thought out touches. It was an easy and pleasant walk through the neighborhood to the Safeway. Nice after a long day in the car to be able to shop on foot. Comfortable beds. Inviting common space. Generous variety of some staples. Kaitlyn was easy to communicate with and very prompt. If we find ourselves back in Colorado Springs, I will try to reserve this house again.
