Inside, enjoy the upper two levels of this three story house. You will have access to the main level and second story as well as the deck directly off the Kitchen and the back yard. Past guests have commented on how much they enjoy having so much space - 2,400 sq ft!

This 5 bedroom & 2-1/2 bath vacation rental is conveniently located near a Greenbelt & 3 pocket parks with swings, slides and climbing structures. Light & Bright with views of the Front Range Mountains! Our Vacation Rental offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level and one bedroom next to a half bath on the main level.

The main level bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with two matching nightstands and a large bookcase. It is conveniently located next to the 1/2 bath.

The Master Suite, located on the upper level, has a king size bed, fun window seat, 58" Smart TV, ceiling fan and an en suite with walk-in closet and 5 piece bath. Experience ultimate relaxation in the deep, soothing soaking tub... the perfect way to end an invigorating day of hiking, biking or rafting!

Next to the Master Suite is the corner bedroom nicknamed the "Ocean Room". This spacious bedroom offers fabulous views of the Front Range Mountains, and fun artisan mirror, large dresser, 2 night stands, and a tall bookcase.

The middle bedroom, nicknamed the "Tree Room", is conveniently located next to the hall bathroom and offers views of the Front Range Mountains. a Queen size bed, elegant tree art work, two nightstands, bookcase, dresser and sunrise alarm clock.

The fourth bedroom on the upper level is a corner room, which boasts views of the Mountains, a vibrating Queen size bed, 50" Smart TV, two night stands and a walk-in closet. It is conveniently located next to the hall bath.

The upper level hall bathroom is light & bright and offer 2 sinks and a tub/shower combo. Also located on the upper level is a linen closet and laundry room with full size washer & dryer. We provide laundry detergent in the event you would like to wash clothes.

Working Vacation? You will enjoy the electric, hi-tech sit/stand office desk complete with USB ports, phone charger and computer monitor (not shown in the video)!

Entertain your friends and family in the spacious Dining room, or socialize with your friends and family in this open concepts Kitchen/Family room or relax in the Living Room with a good book : ) or BBQ on the spacious back deck!

Do you kids like board games? If so, they will enjoy the numerous board games located in the Living room or they can enjoy some fresh air and play the two outdoor games in the backyard - Corn hole, otherwise known as Bean Bag Toss and the Ladder toss game!

Drive 15 miles west and experience the Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds and endless hiking trails!

The owners, Wendy & John, reside in the separate walkout basement apartment. We access the basement apartment through a separate entrance in the back. We seldom use the backyard except to grill on our own personal grill. We rarely meet our guests, but when we do it is usually in the driveway... and we are happy to answer any question. Guests can always contact us via text, phone or through VRBO.

Although we reside in the separate walkout basement, we lead busy lives as we both work and travel when we can. In the event we are out of town, our cleaners live nearby and are available if you should need anything. We are quiet, rarely entertain, do not party or smoke, nor do we have any pets.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had so much fun being able to be present and visit. We also had family from the Springs come and visit us. We just stayed in for most meals as it was so much easier. The only recommendation I have would be a fun writing space or a guest book so we could leave you a note. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Incredible vacation rental that felt just like being at home. House was beautiful and the inside lovely. All the interior furnishings made the place very comfortable and relaxing. The nature of our stay didn’t allow to truly enjoy all the amenities. When communicating with the owners their responses were always prompt and pleasant. Will definitely try to rent this place again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

This house was great! It’s plenty big enough and clean. We loved the extra special touches of the candies and snacks that were placed around. Also plenty of items like paper towels, toilet paper, all kinds of condiments and cooking supplies. The location was great for all things Colorado Springs. One of the best stays we’ve had in a VRBO! With that all being said, please note that as stated in the description the owners sometimes do stay in the basement living area during your stay. This is not a complaint just more of an observation. They are totally quiet and we did not even have any times where paths crossed. One thing worth mentioning though is when they are there and they cook, the smell will drift up into the house. Again not a complaint but make sure you know this before agreeing to rent. Still with all that we loved it and would stay again.

Such a beautiful house. The owners go above and beyond. Honestly the best stocked house. The little extras they provide make it perfect. We are already planning a trip back next spring and hope to get the same house. Worth every cent. Move it to the top of your list!

The home and the owners were just amazing. We traveled to the area to visit our son currently stationed near the area. We traveled over Christmas and the owners had the home so beautifully decorated for the holiday! It was fantastic from start to finish! Beautiful home! They even left us several snack baskets with little snacks and treats that everyone enjoyed. They asked for recommendations for anything that could be improved and I could Not think of a single thing. We cooked several meals and they had every item we could possibly need. Plenty of towels, blankets. EVERYTHING! We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay here again!!

Wendy and John are superb hosts!! Although we never met them, we felt like we were good friends over for a visit. The kitchen was pristine, organized, and stocked with many of the basics if you wanted to cook or entertain. The house was cozy and relaxing. There were snacks provided for nibbling. We stayed in December, a tree was up with Christmas decorations around the home. All of this was perfect! Our family had come to Colorado with my mother to visit our daughter who is a performer, she was in town for a few months performing. It meant so much for all of us to be together as a family, in a warm inviting home during the holidays while we were all so far from our own homes. We all had a memorable stay. Love and thanks!

John and Wendy are the Gold standard hosts on VRBO! We have stayed at many VRBO Properties that have been nice but none have been as well thought out for the guests! We watch Vacation House Rules and one of their bulletin points is Be Your Guest. John and Wendy have totally embraced this motto for their property! From the variety of waters in the fridge, to the breakfast bar selection, to the individual bags of chips available, to a FULLY stocked kitchen, extra linens, additional items in the medicine cabinets, assortment of games, baby supplies and the list goes on! Everything is clearly labeled to make navigating the lights, fireplace and TVs very easy! The property is super clean with supplies available if you need them during your stay. The location is great! It’s very near shopping and a ton of restaurants.

The property was as listed. Great location, hosts were wonderful to correspond with. Very clean, hosts tend to minor details that are beyond expectations. Snacks available,tissues everywhere, notes everywhere so no guessing on anything. I will highly recommend this property.

My family (7 adults) enjoyed a weeklong stay and couldn't have been more pleased. All the accommodations were excellent and communication with the owners was great. We really had a fun time playing some of the many provided board games in the evening after dinner. How fortunate and timely that Peacock streaming service was provided as it was Olympics time and we all had a chance to watch the events together. The house is easily accessible to sights and activities in Colorado Springs area especially The Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Denver is just over an hour away and we had a great time visiting Coors Field for a Mets/Rockies game. We wouldn't hesitate to vacation here again

This house has all the amenities. Everything is perfectly cared for. The photos do not do justice to this house. This home has bathrobes, games, 5 roomy bedrooms, and fully stocked kitchen and pantry. The hosts were in the downstairs apartment and they encouraged us to enjoy the backyard. They never bothered us and were wonderful hosts. I We have stayed in many Verbo and this was the best stocked I have rented.

I would give this home away from home 10 stars if i could! What a lovely place with the most wonderful hosts! EVERYTHING you can imagine was there, from a full cupboard to coffee, all kind of snacks, seasonings, I can’t even name it all. This is truly not your usual vacation house, it’s a welcoming home awaiting you!

Everything about this rental is exactly as promised in the listing! Very spacious for a combined family with comfortable sleeping space for everyone, large family room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The roomy deck was a great place for morning coffee and the back yard provided a space for the kids to play outdoor games. All the little extras from bowls of snacks, toiletries, and pantry dry goods made our stay feel extra special. Wendy and John were in the basement apartment during our stay, but we would never have known if we hadn't see their car in the driveway. Great hosts! Highly recommend this rental for a large family.
